Sounds like its "breaking" Its a 3.9 welded rear end. I checked all of the U-joints and they are okay, No play at all. Diff mounts are good, (nose, strap thing, moustache bar) I'm assuming a weld broke inside it and is rolling around inside the case causing damage. The motor should be making about 400tq at the wheels. I haven't dyno'd it yet

I got an email back from Z force productions, took a few days but he answered me. "I'm not sure how far above the floor it sits as the floor height varies in the first gens. BUT I can tell you the height on the pantera hatch is roughly 9" from top to bottom and that the hatch is pretty much flat from the closing latch point on back. So it'll basically be the height of the latch area all the way across." Just in-case anyone will need this a few years down the line

Does anyone know how high the pantera hatch's flat part sits above the rear deck metal / spare tire thing? I have a fuel cell there and i would like the pantera hatch to cover it up. I would be fiber glassing a beauty panel to hide the entire rear hatch area of the car. here is a very crude drawing.

Well it finally happened, someone messed with one of my cars.. it happened to be my datsun The dented the rear quarters which i managed to bang out easily, however the broke all 4 of my ZG flares if anyone has a set for somewhat cheap, please let me know

You could get an LD28 Diesel crank out of an 80's maxima and stroke the engine out. KA24E flat top pistons will make it a 3.1l but you have to bore out your block, and you should get some 9mm rods out of a 240z. it will be much cheaper then buying all of the turbo stuff. Its about 1000$ in parts depended where you get them from, i was lucky and got my crank for 70$s

I've got some 255 50 R16 drag radials and i'm looking at wheels now. I've figured 16x10 with 4.5'' of back spacing should fit perfect, i have flares on the car however i'd like to see a photo of them on a car if anyone has them

I'm looking for an internally oiled camshaft for my P90 head, my current one Came off a 1977 280z, it has 62k miles on it. Unfortunately it has an oil bar so i can't use it on my P90. If anyone is interested in a trade, i will include the camshaft + head MINUS rocker arms (they have been reground, i'm keeping them) for a single Internally oiled camshaft. Pics after being cleaned in seafoam aerosol, they have been dried and are now being stored with a light coat of WD40

The long hose that runs down the passenger side of the engine needs to go, after reading things here it actually just recirculates the hot water. Does anyone know the thread and diameter of the inlet and return bracket so i can plug them?

I would ignore that, and go here http://www.mmsacc-stainless.com/ I get all of my bolts / nuts / studs from them. And they are CHEAP! Just give them a call with your make & model and order what you need, they are extremely helpful. The website is kind of hard to navigate. everything i've ordered from them is the proper size & thread, they even label each individual sealed packet of bolts for you.

I wish i knew how much money these websites make from adsense. They take 4chan /o/ memes like no tomorrow, one guy even uploaded all the content we made to his website and made huge profits.. The best part is we had a few project cars up too, he said they were his. Ended up getting his dox and taking the site down, but still its annoying! leave 4chan stuff to 4chan
