looking for early style choke grommet, does not need to be perfect, just the early type. It should look like this. I am trying to reproduce this and I will even send the seller a new reproduction when done. let me know what you have.

Just making parts that are no longer or ever available from Nissan. Tired of gluing your horn pad back on, I know I was.... reproduction of the original plastic insert that always cracks. A high performance urethane with very high compressive strength and tensile strength. Shore D Hardness; 85. Very easy to cut out the old cracked or broken insert and epoxy glue the new reproduction of the original back in.

Made the rubber coating on the wire harness bundle wraps that are predominately found in the engine bay. These are very hard to make since the sidewall is very thin. There is a total of 19 skinny and 2 wider type. I don't think I can make the ones for the main wiring harness.

Went to check the condition of the inner door lower window bumper, Well I had one and the other one was missing. Yes you guessed it, I made one. So replace your missing or worn out bumper.

I had a request for a part from David(1tuffz), its the rear hatch lock seal. Well we now have that seal, replace that old hard worn out seal.

If I could ever stop making rubber parts, I might get some work done on the car. But at this point is all about the fine detail. Made the correct upper quarter window rubber for build date of 7-71.. Both type show here, early and later style. Made the correct bumper to fender shims for the front and rear. Made the correct headlight bucket wire rubber insulator, that old cracked up thing of a insulator just would not work for me.

looks like a repaired Dash. They have listed a few times with different prices, a high price of $1200 one time...

A Project within a project, that is how I roll .... Another item that I had to make, it's the upper rubber for both the right and left quarter windows...
-
refurbished the luggage/cargo straps. Completely disassembled the straps, refinished the hardware with zinc plating. I dyed the straps black and hand stitched them back together.

Thanks, I have so many more new and refurbished parts in boxes ready to put on the car.

center console pics, which do not show how really nice this console looks. NOS ashtray... I was even able to duplicated the tape... zero stress cracks...

Small projects within projects is my hang up right now. I just cant have any crappy looking rubber going back on the car!! I think I need some help!!!!! Needed some new rubber pieces and since NA. I have to make my own. New brake check valve insulator, rocker panel plugs and I even made a rear brake drum plug for my other car which is a 72 240z. new rocker panel plugs insulator for check valve refurbished my mirror and re-silvered the glass, looks new. I ordered new hatch stoppers and they came with a cream colored rubber bumper, well I needed the correct black rubber, so I made this one also. that is the correct color, Black. Arizona Z car front control arms come with a bigger bolt than stock, so you must drill your front cross member or machine your own spacers if you dont want to drill the front cross member. Two machined spacers, these are even a tighter fit than the one Arizona z car supplies and way more tighter than stock. stock bolt with spacers. The 280zx turbo adapters are a tight fit and when you use the 280zx turbo cv the dust caps are too large and need to be crushed, so I went and pulled the dust caps off a 87 300zx at the junk yard, which are not as tall and don't need to be crushed when installing. 1 hr later and $2,75 I had the dust caps off and all 12 of the cv nuts, washers and bolts. All rubber parts are available for purchase...... Steve

I looked at this car, the floorpans and frame rails have been done and body is straight. This is a good start for V8 conversion. http://greenville.craigslist.org/cto/3918827640.html -
i am in greer, if you need a regular r200 differential cover let me know.. Steve
-
Is the front differential mount damaged any? like it is cracked or solid mount ripped out?
-
Ok I was just reading about the r200lsd covers breaking with the solid mounts. With the solid mount it puts all stress on the cover and it breaks, no wiggle room, like with the stock rubber mount. I will see if I can find it.
-
Do you have a solid or stock front differential mount?

The Arizona Z car rear lower control arms are fully adjustable. I needed a base line set up, so I jigged up a factory rear control arm. Then I put the Arizona control arm in the jig and adjusted it until it matched the factory settings. This might not be perfect but it is really close and I can fine tune it when I go to the alignment shop.

Thanks I have been working on a rear suspension jig. Original rear lower control arms in the jig. Arizona Z car rear lower control arms in the jig, set up like the factory A-arms
