  1. after a horrible quote for $1,400 dollars worth of PPG victory red,clears and catalyst reducers ect. I decided to go with ARCTIC WHITE what do you guys think??

Well i got the famous quote for the 2 gallons victory red 1 gallon of clear and the other stuff need,reducer,catalyst ect...........$1442.00 damnnnnnnnnnnn alot of money so im switching to white for cheap for about $238 a gallon and $500 and something dollars1 for red. I think im for the white that comes in the subaru wrx i think its called pure white or frost white do you guys know. thanks PLEASE POST ANY WHITE COLORS "BRIGHT WHITES"
  3. actually torch red is more orange to it. im looking at a 2006 ppg paint chip book the velocity red is more dark and the viper red also has some orange to it.. heres some pictures of my 1993 240sx that i sold at the begining of the year I had it painted PORSCHE RED in the sun it had some orange to it but in the dark it was red
  4. Just wanted to ask you guys for opinions on the color victory red heres a picture on the corvette im going to order paint tomorrow would a gallon do it plus clear coat. Should i go with a metallic red
  5. as the title says does any one have any pictures of 240z interior with z32 seats I might try to install them tomorrow one more thing im going to start block sanding tomorrow again cause the first time i didn't spray to much surfacer so this time i think i did... should i sand with 320 or 220 grit the first time i did it with 220 and it took off to much..

  7. 1990 300zx seats tan $150 for both. I also got some lights from a 240z i think they were kinda pricey for $100 both...........they look good just a lil dirt the ones that came in my car were broken
  8. I got my blocks from harbor freight i got a 17 inch and a 9 1/2 and a small rubber one and they sell some other plastic block they work great i just use the 9 1/2 and the small rubber black block and they were cheap in price..they do the work
  9. block sanding but i guess i didnt put to much sufacer so ther just a thin layer of primer surfacer..the black stuff you see is guide coat
  10. i think these flares should have the same bolt pattern placement and as the ZG flares so people who already have the zg flares don't have to drill more holes for the flares your working on..... just saying:icon6: just read you previous post it will be perfect.....
  11. it cost me $254 dollars for a gallon on PPG NCP280 primer surfacer and some 2 cans of NCX285 catalyst the front fenders have some other type of filler i just going to let it dry overnight and sand in the morning
  12. I got my nutserts and bolts for www.mcmaster.com i went m6 nutsert steel and m6 20mm allen head bolts stainless steel
  13. I'm going to try to get it chrome If i can afford the price if not powdercoat it....allen bolts look nicer it fills up the space on the flares were you mount them to.
  14. I just got the front body and rear body, door bolt kits $210 from ZCARCREATIONS
  15. Installed the zg flares with some m6 nut inserts and som stainless steel 14mm m6 allen head bolts and some stainless steel washer. the bolts were not long enough so i order some 20mm which would grab the nutsert more

  17. Got some gator guard for undercoating and the schutz gun, also some seymour spruce lacquer spray paint in Flat black for the engine bay resists grease, gasoline and most solvents.

  19. I having the car painted in the next month should I leave the body parts on, hood,fenders,hatch,doors on when the painted or should they do them seperate. also should i put on the underbody undercoat first before paint for after paint?

  21. from MSA airm with license plate In the last picture does the headlight bucket lower bracket go over or under the air dam were the turn signals go.
  22. I not no expert but when you do the skeleton you upholster it with fleece then and fiberglass sheets for strength* (i think that how you spell it)
