  1. i cut the whole flange off mine and braised the entire sump on backwards. had to cut out some of the windage tray and knock a few of the fins down to clear the rotating assembly. cost me $20. its not the "proper" way to do it, but I've been driving happily for 6 months now.

same deal with the oil pickup. cut, turn, weld. done.

edit; kiwi303, whereabouts are you from? i'm a Hamiltonian

Do you have any pictures of it ?

  2. Well since the question was asked... and i thought i posted it in the original thread.

    The issue

The skyline drive shaft doesn't bolt up to the z r200 diff.

What i did was take the skyline r200 diff drive shaft input shaft and swapped it with the Z r-200. i simply used and impact to remove the nut. tapped out the input shaft, slipped on the skyline flange and torqued it down.

So your saying the kenght of the Skylines drive shaft works on the S30 with R200 equiped with any mounts or just the Z31 mounts ? If that is it its a very nice discovery you made their !

  3. Dude's first im glad your ok Dr Hunt second go buy your self a pursuader 12 gauge with buck shot you wont miss again and for deliriousZ their is alot of home invasion and some that ends up with murder in our province so its not like the whole Canadia is safe . IMO

  4. So this replaces the 200ZR discontinued pan for RB20 25 26 swaps in S30 chassi ? How much are they what are they made of ? Do you still need to do the 200ZR oil pick up mod ? Doesnt look to bad , congradualtion .

  5. Any idea of the price range for that sump Mack ? i wish i wouldve seen this earlier i wouldve ordered everything form the get go . BTW i recieved my mounts and my downpipe a week ago they are great just dont know why my motor mounts are red and my tranny mount is blue but hey i dont care thanks alot for the fast shipping .

  6. the rb26 is extremely underrated, thats part of the reason i went with this engine. it was either an rb26, vq35, or ls1. the rb26 still dominates all in stock form...

its a noisey engine but gets the job done..

i would say its a "musical" engine :burnout:
