#1 I new about the drive by wire before i bought the swap because i have a 350z. #2 I will never be in over my head and did not ask to be spoonfed.#3 I allready put the 7m engine in my 72 240z and bought a 75 280z for the vq35 which i dropped in yesturday. #4 i am and did do research. I never would have bought the engine unless i knew it would fit. And #5 I've been working on cars& doing swaps since i was 11 years old. I now own a shop and have over $80,000 in tools and yes I know how to use them all. I know what i'm doing. I just figured someone local might be interested in helping out and then they could pass on that knowlege to someone else. and none of this is my opinion.

i like the billet 26 & 63 and i would like the staggered look with a 2.5 to 4 inch lip in the rear. and i am open to flares, c/o and lowering. oh and yes i do like the 3 spokes.

Hey people need rims for my 77z. Any suggestions? I would like them to be chrome or polished alum. and 17 or 18 inch but i am open to other styles. Also what are offset specs for a staggered set up. please help!!! thanx ,joe

Man you could buy 4 78 and down z's and put a fat ass ls1 in each! Or, an RB in two and a ls1 in the other two! Dude! you could put a 350z motor in one then put a q45 in the next then a RB in the next then a ls1 in you daily driver. damn bro you would be the pimp of the nation. at least on here you would be anyway. Or you could just go to vegas and put it all on 1 hand and hope for blackjack!

just to let people know no F/G kit is flawless. however this kit is not cracked anywhere or have anything but surface scraches that will be sanded out when you go to paint it. now if you are planning on pimpin a kit with no paint this ain't the kit for you. thanx again,joe

I hope i put this in the right place! I bought this kit and i don't know why. impulse i guess. Oh well I got $589 in it and would like to get atleast $450 or so back. you can pick it up , or i can ship it. when i bought it ,it shipped from Tenn. for $52. it fits my 77 280z non 2+2, but i don't know about 240z & 260z but im sure someone will post it. let me know or ask a question! thanx ,joe

Ok now i 've really got a problem. I was at my local junk yard today and they just got in 9 350z's 6 A/T and 3 M/T. so i bought one of the 2004 M/T swaps (motor,trany,ecu,harness,d/shaft and a butt load of brakets and bolts) all for $2800 with 31,281 miles. And yes they have more if anyone is interested. my question is how the hell does this thing go in to my 72z. oh and i decided to put the 7mgte in my 77z but first the block and head are going to AMS for some new slugs , rods and bump sticks. so if anyone has got any info on the 350z - 240z swap please let me know.

sorry guys i never said the supra motor is 7mgte and the VH45 can be auto or manual thanks to my local mill shop.

OK people i have two options and need some opinions. I have a 72 240 z and can't decide which to use the q45 v8 or the turbo supra motor. I have both engings and transmissions both rebuilt from oil pans to valve covers.And if anyone knows which is easier to do let me know. And all the tech info i can get would be great!!! thanx people!!

if anyone has the pattern, the mich. shop that is 4 blocks from me has a laser jet and water jet. i talked to the owner and he said it would be cheap and easy to make.

build me one and i'll put $600 on in your pocket! let me know!!
