Just a suggestion...you might add the rear end to the form...there seems to be some confusion about what came with what.

I have two 280's with manual trannys that have R-180's..an 80 and an 81. I believe the "base" model's had them as that is what mine are. -
I've always had to drop the exhaust, and then drop the shield that's attached across the tunnel...of course I always toss the shield after dropping it the first time.

all 280's had 3-speed autos only

I believe the only 4 speed auto that bolts to the L28 is out of the last year rwd Maxima...83 I believe.

Looks great!! It has about the same stance as mine...I wasn't happy with the lowering springs on the rear. I'm planning on doing something about that over the winter.
