im ready to start with the cloth and fiberglass this weekend. Can anyone tell me if i can do this out side of the car (its the dash sorry long long day 14 hrs). I used the stock dash and made it fit my needs so it is still very sturdy. and i filled the gaps with sheet metal. thanks alot
Im trying to find easy cheap ways to reduce weight on my 79 280zx I know they are heavy but I like the zx can anyone help me out. Ive planned on doing fiberglass bumpers and front fenders im going to run light weight seat what else can be done?
yes you can take the green foam blocks glue the together and carve them to the shape you want. Next you take duck take and cover all the foam then glass it at least thats what ive seen on here do a search for fiberglass youll pull it up.
i agree any time ive modded my cars or jeeps my insurace guy says the same thing you know you dont need to know anything but the vin number thats it so they base it off that here also

I got a running 350 tpi out of A 1989 PONTIAC TRANS AM GTA so now i need advise on how to get to about 400 ish rwhp. I would ideally like to be around 450 but 400 will do what do you guys reccomend, or not reccomend?
well here goes nothing im cutting the dash tomorrow wish me luck i got 6 gauges in the center above the climate controls facing the driver and still some more to place can anyone thinkt of anything im forgetting here is my list

i guess i diserved that well yes i was going to use the original dash and change some things but i guess i need to find out how to get the mest to the metal to frame it out thanks alot im a total a##hole when it comes to computers and editing apperently:)
im going to try to do my own fiberglass dash how can i make the fiberglass go down over metal can i just glue the mes to the metal? any pics would help i really am not that great with the computer but i can figure alot of things out and am really handy with my hands
i was thinking going with a fully forged internals and stick right around 10-1 compression max i think. also he says he has some parts that will work good yeah this is finally comming together now i just need a 4 bolt main for a steal. what would be a good turbo setup?
