  1. I f you want the same look as the 280Z that is pictured, just get the same MSA air as on that car, but the one for the ZX. Why would you want the stock 280Z bumper? It's huge and hideous.
  2. It's a unibody chassis, just like 99% of cars built today. That happens to most cars. The "frame" rails are not really frame rails, but they do add rigidity to the chassis. However they are hollow. It waon't really hurt the car. If it bothers you, you could always pay someone or do it yourself and cut out and re-weld the rails.
  3. Looks good. You going to lower it?
  4. I got you beat. http://austin.craigslist.org/car/549806200.html
  5. BTW I love the airdam. Wish we could get that here.
  6. That skinny tire on a wide wheel thing is something I see the drifters doing. Negative camber as well. Look up a drift site and 90% of the cars look like that. Though if it had tires that fit the wheels and a lot less negative camber, I would think it would look great. The body looks good.
  7. Man I would'nt bother with the stock steel wheels. Get a set of the 14" 6 spoke ZX wheels. They're light and cheap.
  8. Some interesting 2+2's I've come across on the internet.
  9. These are my current wheels. 14"x7" A.R.E's the front tires are 225/60/14 Falken Ziex 512. The rear are same size except they are Winston Winner GT's. Actually the front tires shredded last sunday, so I threw on some appliance mesh 14"x6" wheels I had laying around with some old 205/60 Nitto's on them. I will be upgrading to a 16" wheel soon.
  10. Those look nice. I was thinking about getting the SPort Max 002's but I may have changed my mind.
  11. Most of Europe uses left hand drive and drives on the right. Only The UK is backwards.
  12. I daily drove my 76 280Z 2+2 for almost 9 years. It was my only car for about 6. I drove it every day until I bought my 83 280ZX, now I DD that car. and the 76 has become the project car. I never really had a problem DDing the Z or the ZX. Makes the commute much more entertaining. I mean it is a car. Your supposed to drive it.
  13. Damn pretty! Looks like it's in Europe somewhere.
  14. See the link Nebesheer posted. They are from a company called Klearz. I'd like to get a set myself.
  15. I think it makes it look like a bread van. Just doesn't look right somehow.
  16. I'm not familiar with SDI, please enlighten us.
  17. I had some members of my Z club come over recently and try to help me ressurect my 76 2+2. We did'nt get it running yet but we made progress. I got the 240SX throttle body mounted up with the JSK adapter that allows me to use the stock linkage, and the turbo AFM. however my Z guru buddy Russell thinks the ECU is toast. Here's some pics.
