    RHD carpet kit

Would the front carpet piece's work? I dont think they would, they would have to be turned inside out, doesn't the drivers carpet have a rubber part to stop ware? I'm not too sure. Jay

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone knows if I'de get a 260z 2+2 carpet kit for a right hand drive in the States? Not having much luck finding any. Cheers, Jay
  4. thanks for the comments guys, The rims I have are made by www.imagewheels.co.uk they are made to order, they will make them to whatever dimensions you want, they are a bit expensive but well worth it. Jay
  5. I spent lots of money on my 2+2, Have to say I don't like the purple one
  6. spot on my man, I had a picture in my head of what I wanted my car to look like and I stuck to it!, your the one who has to live with it.
  7. Hi thanks for your comment, The flares and airdam I got from msa, as for suspension all im using is Eibach lowering springs and standard shocks and no spacers. Im sure if you go for the same offset you will have no probem, I had no problem at all with my wheels. Thats a lovely clean motor you have there. Jay
  8. This might be silly, but are you sure your plug leads are in the right firing order?
  9. The suspesion is lowered on Eibach springs with standard shocks, The rear wheels are 17x10 -19 offset with 255 40 tyres the front are 17 x9.5 -13 offset with 235 40 tyres. Jay.
  10. Hi, Here's my 1974 2+2, was brought in from Australia, so thankfully it was rust free. I drove it for a few months and then some work on the car, exterior and engine, still have to do the interior................... Jay.
  11. Yeah those are Image wheels, the finish on the is excellent. The spoiler is from a standard 260z coupe.
  12. Thanks for you comments guys, Ive spent the last year working on the car including an L28 rebuild. The wheels are Image wheels, I had them custom made in the UK. Thanks, Jay
  13. Hi, Im running 17x10 on the rears with -19 offset and 17x9.5 on the front with -13 offset, used msa flares Hope it helps, Jay
  14. Hi all I Have a stage 4 msa cam, .495 .290, The valve clearance needs to be adjusted but I cant seem to find the chart that I got with the cam that gives the the clearance for the inlet and exhaust. Just wondering if anyone knows what they should be? Thanks, Jay.
  15. I havent even looked about the interior fittings yet, I did cut the arches, I cut an inch first, but there was a small amount of rubbing so I had to cut a further half inch out, its fine now. Wow 5 years is a long time, I done mine in 4 months including the engine build.
  16. well with my car being so low and the large wheels Ide be afrais of rubbing, so with no back seats I have an excuse not to carry anyont in the back. I miss not having a project now, the best part was working on the car all hours of the night, half thinking about selling it and starting another project!
  17. cool, Ive looked for dash cap's for right hand drive cars but cant seem to find any, so im going to have to take the dash out and repair it. I'll never use the rear seats so im going to leave them out. have almost 600 miles on the engine now so I want to get it set up properly on a roaling road shortly too
  18. cool, reminds me of an evo 8 I had....... what are you doing in terms of interior. my interior at the moment is a shambles, I have a cracked dash and 2 front seats in the car at the moment thats it, I'm thinking of leaving the rear seats out, putting a nice chrome roll cage in the back, with 2 honda s2000 seats up front, and repairing the dash.
  19. that colour is very close to mine alright challenger.............Yep thats the same spoiler as mine, just the standard 260 spoiler.have you got a pic of the vortex gen? What engine spec are you going to run? I'm thinking of putting a very light timt on my back window and back side windows.
