  1. Hi - I am in Colorado Springs. I have a perfect roof for you if you are interested. My buddy and I are tearing the car apart tonight and I can make sure we cut it where needed. We do want to keep the quarter panels complete. Let me know if you are still interested. Tried to send you a PM, but it looks like your inbox is full. Please send me a PM and I'll send you my #. Thanks! Tim
  2. I've got a couple of windows if you are still looking. Let me know and I'll dig one of them out and send you a couple of pics. One is in my shed and the other is still installed on my 71' 240. I could pull it and send it. Would give me an excuse to swap my doors out anyway. I could send you an complete door, but shipping would be expensive! Thanks, Tim
  3. I don't have one, but I know that you can still get these from the dealership brand new for $20 or so... I recently had to pick up a 4:11 R180 gear and was surprised that they had it. I had to order it, but had it a few days later. Hope this helps a little. Tim
  4. I'll taks a few pics tonight and PM them to you. Thanks, Tim
  5. I have a nice set of red door panels and a couple of clocks. Not sure of the year though. I can take pics tonight and post them. Please let me know if you are interested. Tim
  6. Are you looking for the Maxima brackets that need to be machined? If so, I have a set from an 86' Maxima that I can send to you for $50 shipped. Let me know. I can take pics, but I have to dig them out of the garage. They are clean and painted black. Thanks! Tim

    Parts wanted

I have a radiator from an 83' 280XZ. It is a bit bigger than the stock 240 rad and would hang a little bit below the front support. It has been cleaned and pressure tested. I was going to use it, but went with aluminum instead. It is boxed and ready to go - $90 shipped. I also have the stock radiator from my 10/71 240. It needs to have one of the side brackets re-attached by a radiator shop, but worked well when pulled from the car. Looking at $60 shipped. Please let me know. I take PayPal. Thanks, Tim
  8. Heck - I don't know... $15 + shipping? Sound fair? I would just need to figure which ones are left or right (I have both)! Luckily, my interior is still apart and I won't have to pull the door panel off to see... Thanks, Tim
  9. I have a few regulators available. I am not sure if that changed from year to year though. I have regs from a few 240s. Let me know if this will work for you. Thanks, Tim
  10. Yikes! This is always a fear of mine while driving the Impala. It's a damn shame that we can't even enjoy our rides without the fear of this kind of stuff happening. Good luck with everything! Tim
  11. Hi Bryan, Just FYI... I am an audio freak and have been planning the Z system. I am going to go with a similar setup, but I am doing it with an Alpine PDX-5, 5-channel amp. A friend has this amp in his Silverado and it has great, clean power and is very compact (obviously important in these cars). I will just save my pennies a little longer and use this amp due to it's flexibility. Details: 5-channel car amplifier 75 watts RMS x 4 + 300 watts RMS x 1 at 4 or 2 ohms 150 watts RMS x 2 + 300 watts RMS x 1 in bridged mode (4-ohm stable in bridged mode) CEA-2006 compliant stackable installation design with front-panel controls variable high- and low-pass filters (30-400 Hz, 12 dB/octave) quick-connect speaker connectors Class-D amplifier design MOSFET power and output stages fuse rating: 20A x 4 10-3/16"W x 2-1/2"H x 8-7/8"D Here is an eBay link - You can find it cheaper, but this link has good detail: http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-ALPINE-PDX-5-CLASS-D-5-3-CHANNEL-AMP-CAR-AMPLIFIER_W0QQitemZ180254063314QQihZ008QQcategoryZ39739QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
