    This morning I walked into the garage and looked right at the LS3 oil pan and it hit me. There was no provision for a dipstick tube. The LS2 dipstick goes into the side of the pan. I was really sweating it for a minute. I call my friend Tyree and he told me that the provision was in the side of the block just ahead of the starter. It looks like a very small freeze plug. I knocked it in about three seconds and installed the tube.

    I installed the C6 LS3 pick-up tube, windage tray and oil pan today.

    I just looked a little closer. That engine is definitely sitting lower.

    I'm not sure I'd want it to sit any lower. So, if the Hawk's mount places it lower I'd steer clear of that.

    I wish you could see some of the work Vengeance Racing does on customer's cars. You'd never run anything that says Vengeance ever again.

    misfire with computer temporarily going into safe mode or low fuel pressure. It's calling on that fuel pump in 4th.

    Also, based on the rule of thumb of $100 per horsepower gain, it's starting to look pretty good.

    C5 exhaust manifolds must be the same thing as SANDERSON SHORTIES.

    Based on my experiences modifying various cars over the years, going from block hugger headers to longtubes, gaining 20whp is on the upper end of expectations.

    Yeah those Glock engine mounts are pretty rare.
