  1. Yep the angle makes it very difficult to tell. The exhaust housing should have a "lip" on it that the clamp will go around. The attached pic is a bit blurry but you should get the idea of what it is your looking for.
  2. Pallnet for some aftermarket ones http://www.freewebs.com/pallnet/products.htm MSA http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/PEC05/15-8080
  3. Something that I would like to see is additional gauge pods, kind of offset, above the three in the center of the s30 dash. This would allow us to keep stock ac and radio mounting points.
  4. Cameron, I definitely would like to see some pics of your setup.
  5. I have been thinking about something like that with a v8 z, having the exhaust exit in front of the rear tires. One of the issues with the pipes coming out under the car is going to be ground clearance but could be corrected with oval tubing. But then you are looking at spending some money with mandrel bent oval tubing. You could run round exhaust until the exit and transition into oval which could be a cheaper alternative. Burns Stainless great products and expensive http://www.burnsstainless.com/OvalTubing/ovaltubing.html Another site I just found http://www.mandrelbendingsolutions.com/servlet/the-Oval-Tubing/Categories
  6. Looking for the V Clamp that goes right next to the oil supply and return on the center section of the turbine housing. This connects the exhaust housing to the turbine center section. I already have the 4" v clamp for the exhaust.
  7. Still looking for the v clamp that holds the exhaust housing to the turbine center section
  8. Looking for stock intake / exhaust valves from either p79 p90 p90a heads. Would prefer the valves from a p79.
  9. Gotta love the the twin turbos on that one
  10. I've contacted the local holset dealer yesterday and I have to have a min of $100 +shipping order and the clamp is only $25. So before I go this route I am looking to see if anyone here has one.
  11. I have bought one from them but the clamp is too wide to fit properly. Plus the 4 inch clamp would only work on the exhaust side for the down pipe, and the 3.5 inch clamp is just a bit to big. So I need something that is around 3 1/4 diameter and approx 18mm wide.
  12. I am looking to buy the V-band clamp, that holds the exhaust turbine housing onto the rest of the turbo, from any of these holset turbos. hy35 / hx30 / hx32 / he351 So if you have a junk turbo lying around, let me know. I may also be interested in buying the exhaust turbine housing from the hy35, v clamp style only.
  13. Directions for what and where to measure http://www.clampco.com/techspec/how%20to%20determine%20proper%20dimensions%20v-band.asp
  14. There seams to be several variations and lots of aftermarket. Do you have calipers? Don't know whether this link is aftermarket or oem http://www.agpturbo.com/home.php?cat=334 Borg Warner http://www.turbodriven.com/en/products/default.aspx http://www.turbos.bwauto.com/products/turbochargerProductProgram.aspx
  15. Not mine. Just saw it had been posted. http://houston.craigslist.org/pts/1007148924.html
  16. I would like to get 425 for it. Ive put probably about 2,000 rounds through it.
  17. Yep there is a gun show this weekend. I dont know if I will get much for it there. I bought it at a gun show for either 450 or 500 new. I guess I will go there this weekend and see what I can get for it. Also plan on talking with a guy here at school that is a big time gun nut and see what he has to say.
  18. I have Smith and Wesson MP40 that I am thinking about selling. I have thought about going to local gun stores to see if they would be interested in buying it, but I don't think I would not get much from them. Anyone have a suggestion? http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=11101&storeId=10001&productId=27806&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=15711&isFirearm=Y
  19. Yeah it looks like someone may have used a screw driver and pliers to pull the caps off instead of a rod vise, and then chucked the rods/pistons into a box. As far as the rod number being scribed on the rods that's not an issue, unless it has been stamped. I would not use them. See if you can get a refund.
  20. Why would you need a surge tank on the return line?
  21. That is a scam. A friend of mine a few months back saw the same ad, except it was for an Audi, like that on Craigslist and called Ebay about it. They will not do the buyer protection unless the car is purchased through Ebay. Jon
