  1. If the car was going to be more street then strip then I probably would have just gone w/ a 25 mated to the stock 5spd. I wanted this to be more of a strip then street car, so thats why I wanted to go auto. Plus having a manual valvebody will be like having a 5spd except no stupid clutch to worry about
  2. Very nice, its good to have a bunch of options to choose from in doing this mod.
  3. The pickup tube has to be modded. I'm pretty sure there is a writeup on it somewhere.
  4. Damn, that would be a sick swap if you can do it. I've seen swaps done w/ SR20's into 510s, seems like a better option unless you want to highly modify the firewall.
  5. Place called JDM NAGOYA AUTO PARTS in Montreal QC. Great place, easy to deal with and quick shipping, couldn't be happier with that If it is built already, this project will be done MUCH faster then I originally expected thats for sure.

UPDATE 4/20 Just unloaded the 26 off the truck alittle while ago and here she is So far this project has started off great because after taking off the pallet wrap, I found that it already has a PowerFC on it, along with tubular O2 housings and maybe aftermarket turbos. Once I get an engine stand, I'll take off the pan and see if my luck can continue with an already built bottom end. There is RTV around the pan and the head has a metal headgasket so at least the engine was apart at one time, whether thats good or bad I'll find out. Stay tuned.

  10. I found an engine importer that had Rb20 pans and sumps for 250 shipped. I'm holding off on getting one because I wanted to see what McKinney has in the pipeline first but I may just pick them up just to have for the time being.

  13. Well I'm right back in the boat with you guys. The pan I got from ebay was for a 25. Thats what I get for not looking at the part# close enough My first step towards the 26 swap is an epic fail. And I guess there really isn't a way to mod the 25 pan to work right????

  17. I'm sure my RBZ project will either be running or close to done by then, you can stop by our shop if you wanted to. We're about 40 mins north of Philly, if you're going to stop someplace around there anyway.
