  1. Most of the Japanese tuners can modify the header to fit LHD drives. Kameari is making me a LHD header for my car. The Fujitsubo SUPER-EX header will need modification. Also, if you can find a TRUST headr, it will bolt on, no modifications. Edit: the Trust header is 600 new. If you can source one. As for shipping, I had a Fujitsubo Legalis-R muffler shipped from Japan to Canada for a measly 150 bucks. Insured. It all depends on your rep.
  2. werent the Stahl headers 900ish? Kameari headers are around 1200 Fujitsubo headers are 1000 Spirit Garage is simialr pricing to the Kameari. Shipping is not that expensive if you can find a rep.
  3. theres a few threads on here on harness bars. one of the guys even used the threaded bolt holes behind the seats to fabricate a harness bar. i am not sure what the bolt holes were originally for but they are threaded in a good position for a cage/harness bar
  4. no you can run 16's. need 13.75 inches for the inner diameter. People who do the MM or MSA rear disk conversion spend around 700 with the full fit which is similar pricing to the wilwoods. But the wilwoods will outperform the others. You are right about availability.
  5. yea. just food for thought on people who think about rear disk conversions. kits like the MSA or MM come in about 700 with calipers. thats where the wilwoods start as well. the only offset with the wilwoods is that you would have to upgrade the fronts as well. I am inbetween on both. I love OEM becuase of availability but price wise, wilwoods look nice.
  6. I love the idea. Oem parts are always a good option. However, not to sound ignorant but do you think that with all the parts and labour you have collected it would have been cheaper To go with something like the wilwood kit from azc?
  7. ^ those pics of the Z32 calipers is on your S30? doesnt look like it. I've been thinking about this swap. seems interesting.
  8. or maybe how the corners arent crush becuase of poor packaging. I find it hardpressed that the quality would be ok. I could be wrong but doubt it. The betamotorsport quality speaks for itself.
  9. I would be interested. More for security sake, just in case someone tries to steal the car.
  10. Nice seats man. Takata harnesses are nice. Theres also Willians (probably even more $$), Sparco is cheaper. You can also have just a custom harness bar made up. If you ust a bolt in cage, I suggest you weld it in. Safety is the main concern.
  11. if you want to go 16's you can go to the SP1R Edit: the work meisters are very similar to the SSR wheel. but cost abit more.
  12. Fujitsubo exhuast? Could it be the Legalis-R?
  13. have to be careful about rollcages. Bang your head on it when not wearing a helmet. Harness on the street in case of a rollover can cause some trouble when someone is trying to unbuckle you. the factory s30 have pre-drilled holes for the factory nissan rollcage. There is one behind our seats that you could modify into a harness bar. That is what I am going to do
  14. knockoff wheels cost less. little or no RD, cheap wheel making technoloy, weight, materials etc etc. watanabe's are the real deal.
  15. I thought the max you can run is 16x8 0 offset in the rear? it would also depend alot on your tires.
  16. If i wanted to run P30-032 on my 240z what springs would everyone recommend?
  17. as good as that blue car looks, I cant imagine how it would drive. I find that the Watanabe are more subtle andclassic, while the ccw is more flashy.
  18. I wouldn't do the roll cage. Try banging your head on it, now imagine that in a impact.
  19. No prob man. It has been confirmed that the muffler will fit. I am still trying to find out if the header will work. I am in the process of ordering the muffler in the next few months and will update on classiczcars and maybe on here.
  20. heres the link on classiczcars http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?p=346453#post346453 nothing special really. the header is stainless steel meant for a L24 (which I will be using BTW) and the muffler is also stainless twin tipped with a slashed cut.
