the main horizontal bar/harness bar needs to be bent to allow the seats to move back if the driver is a tall person.
the Jeg's kit comes with a straight bar... if you notice in 240hoke's cage and FFmarc the bar is bend to allow more room.

do those bars have any interference with the transmission or driveshaft?

Bryan when I converted my P90a head to solid lifters.. I kept the hydraulic camshaft in and did not have any luck.. it make terrible noise as the higher ramp profile on the hydraulic cam slapped into the lifters.. I spent hours adjusting the mechanical lifters and using different lash pads and never had any success...
I ended up using a P90 head I had as a spare and used the mechanical lifters with a mechanical camshaft and everything worked out for me.
So I don't know if using a hydraulic cam would work with mechanical lifters.. I did not have any luck with it

is the primary reason why Chris produces more power at a lower PSI due to head work and a cam upgrade?!

I would assume the rear quarter window scoops are to COOL the race driver down ..
race cars do get pretty damn hot

I dont know who would want to ruin the lines of a 30 year old car by molding a 30+ year new car front end onto it..
a skyline, silvia and rx8 front end would look awful in my opinion.
but hey.. people do what they want

yeh I really want a quiet comfortable daily driver.. a nice quiet SLEEPER
but at the stop light and track events.. open up the cut out valve! hehe..
that'll scare some people

So I am thinking of adding a 3" dynomax "race muffler" inline with my exhaust to help quiet things down a little bit...
The exhaust will go from the following...
Turbo > downpipe > electric cut out > flex pipe > dynomax muffler > Apexi N1 muffler
So the car will be really quiet when driving.. then if I want it loud then flip the switch on the cut out.
What do you guys think?!

you know after reading all the threads and reviews about the cage.. hell..
I might just buy one.. use the main hoop.. and build the rest on my own! for the price.. you really can't beat it!!

dont cap it off..
you need to ventilate the block..
thats what the PCV valve does.. but the valve cover needs to breath. trust me

i've heard terrible things about the Jeg's setup and that it requires alot of work and modifications..
I believe 240hoke and mobythevan used the jeg's cage then modified it
