  1. Hey Joel, The suspension is going in right now, I should have some more pix within a week. After that, it's time to get the motor. I am trying to find a later model R33, or R34 if the price is right. Bernard in Nevada, has an "R32 kOUKI", I'll see if I can find a R33. Let me know if you have sources for the engine. Henry

  4. I think gitmo prisoners have been treated too nicely. They have nothing to complain about so they find the quran excuse to get some attention. Maybe they should send some of them to a turkish prison so they'll come back and tell their friends what goes on over there.

  10. Thanks for the comments : ) As far as the stitch welding, I think it gives it more flexibility as mentioned by the previous post, unless someone else has more to chime in on this. If you got to eastwood web site under media blast, you will find different medias with detailed description of the pros and cons. The floor pans I ordered from Victoria British, the old ones were cut out, and new ones welded in by John Coffey (Betamotorsport). After a long wait in deciding which color to go with, this color is from a c55 AMG (gun powder grey) I saw it at the body shop where my car is.
  11. The roll bar and the stitch welding was done by the master himself (john coffey/Betamotorsports). As far as the stitching, I think any re-inforcement(spelling) done to a 240 is beneficial. Thanks for the compliments, I'll pass it on to J.C., I will post more pix as it progresses. Next step after body shop will be suspension and then the engine & tranny.

  15. I had my car plastic media blasted, no warps and no problems, the car came out looking very clean. If you want to see pix, go to John Coffey's web site and look under custom fabrication/roll bars. I will try to post some more pix. It cost $600.

  22. Stony, I think I will stop at 400-450, I shhould have the sickness cured by then. I don't want a strictly drag car, I would like to take it to open track so I don't think I will change the rear end to a powerglide. Henry
