    I was wondering if anyone here had a 240z with a small block chevy in it that was ceritified by the BAR as being smog exempt? Just Curious?

    62, 63 and some 64 283 blocks can be bored over to a 4" bore.

    Its not suggested to do but you can run mechanical lifter on a hydraulic cam but not run hydraulic lifter on a mechanical cam. Push rods and rockers are the same whether it is a solid or hydraulic.

    what about the shafts, do you need to get the r200 shafts or can you use the 240 ones?
