    You're supposed to install the trim, before you intall the windshield into place. A "glaziers tool" is just a rounded tip plastic tool.

    This is scary too: Question: Does the AirScooter auto-rotate? Answer: The AirScooter is designed for the recreational sport flyer and as such does not auto-rotate. The AirScooter is designed for recreational flying at low altitude where even traditional helicopters have little benefit from auto-rotation.     Well, I saw Charlie's (Georgia Flash) car a few months after he painted it. It looked milky, and dull. I think the problem is that there is no hardner for this paint.

    I used this stuff called Sonic-Weld. It's a steel reinforced epoxy putty, made to repair gas tanks. I got it at NAPA. It's in a small plastic tube.

    It sounds good in the video, I don't hear the noise. If it's coming from the center I would say it's a lifter noise. Do you know if you have a hydraulic or mechanical cam? If mechanical you may need to adjust the valves, with hydraulic you could try tightening the rockers another 1/4 turn.
