yeah im guessing it would amount to more than 200 after shipping... I dunno, maybe ill spray it first and see how it turns out, if it looks shite its a $20 mistake, if it looks good, then theres nothing to worry about

He he Lets just say i really wanted this spoiler. Just got a quote for 200 bucks to spray it too so they can stick that and ill paint it myself with a spray can. Unless there are some kind brisbane ppl willing to lend me there services . Ill pay of course...but 200 bucks seems unreasonable. DET im not sure what you mean with the undertray, but it sounds like a ground effects sort of thing to streamline it. But as i said, i dont know where that would atach on my spoiler....

Very similar to that , but not to that extent, i was still able to drill about 3cm next to the first hole and its all good. so its bolted up YEY! Now to paint it. Next step is to create a brace from the bottom of the radiator support, but as it has no lip undernearth the spoiler, im thinking of just using some metal strips and using them as a support. So the strip (with some foam or padding) will sit behind the spoiler and if force begins to push at it, it will brace it. Its a short enough distance that i doubt it will matter if its not bolted to the spoiler. Any ideas? WIll paint and get pics soon

OK got a work around, tell me what you guys think, rather than drill a new hole in the headlight bucket, i was just gonna drill a small hole (1.5 cm dia) and then use a thick zip tie to hold it on. Should be strong enough providing i can get a small space/ring to go around the edge of the hole in the spoier ( to more even distribute the pressure put on by the cable tie) Or is drilling a better option?

No i think i get it, what you are saying though is i need to drill a new set of holes into the headlight bucket.....something i was hoping i wouldnt have to do. Actually after thinking about it, no i dont get it sorry (unless what i said above is correct), what do you mean rubber holes in the bumper?

Hi guys, well i finall got my new spoiler, see attached. But i have a problem (dont worry there are pics to explain). On the most inner bottom left hole in the headlight bucket the new spoiler doesnt come up to meet it. It only just comes half way, meaning i cant place a screw there and i would assume this would be a load bearing screw for the downforce. In the pics the red circle shows the hole i am talking about, and the green line is where my spoier goes. This seems to be normal as every pic i have seen of this spoiler, the edge does not line up perfectly with the corner of teh headlight bucket, but i had hoped that the corner would be long enough..... Not making sence? Please look at the pics. Does the sump need modifying to put a 1JZ or 2JZ (more emphasis on 1JZ) into a Z?

Ok the recomendation seems to be plane it .080 (2mm and shim it) easy enough. But i dont understand using longer 280z valves.....didnt the P90 come with them? and why would you make the valves longer isnt this inviting a meeting with the Pistons and Valves...

hey guys Looking to up the compression on my engine to unleash some of that Hp and the option atm appears to be planeing my P90 since it has already been portmatched and polished. Looking to plane 1 - 2mm from it. So i was wondering if anyone had done this to their P90 and if so what CRs did you gain? im at 190 per cyl atm which is about 8.5:1 i think. What issues car arise? better head gaskets? Stronger Valve springs? Valve/pistons clearence? Thanks guys

Hey guys, Some of you may label this as rice or just plain crap, but id really like to add some flavour to the Z by installing a Ingnition Start button (yes like a Honda S2000) the work will not be hard, but i want to know if anyone has done it or seen it done, and what places it has been mounted and styles of button (Please dont boot me from the site!)

Hey guys, Well my cars been off the road for nearly a month now getting stuff done and i thought in this time i would have been able to get a hold of a new spoiler (mines officially dead) but no. So im putting the call out. Is there anyone in AUS sellling a spoiler or know where i can get a good one (pref in Bris but not nessessary) or someone who does molds and is willing to make one? yeah my mate has a 1JZ on his floor, hell put it in one day im sure. Im still chasing a good priced 2JZ GE, found one for 600 AU with a 5spd. Its mighty tempting, but im going to europe for 2 months and i have to save for it. Great NA motor, and crazy awsome Turbo motor.
