I agree, KA is a good motor if built right.

Theres a big difference between a rotary and a Honda engine engine, the rotary makes great for engine transplants. its SUPER light and creates good power for its size. I wasnt referring to just s2k motors, all honda motors.

First what 300ZX are you talking about Z31 or Z32?

Power curve sucks, that would be pathetic in a Z. Your better off going with a 13B if you want high RPM power.

Why not go with the VG30DET??? There are several people on www.z31.com that are doing this swap right now. As far as I know there are no advantages with going with the VQ30DET vs. the VG30DET except maybe the engine is lighter being alluminum, but the VG30DET can take much more power.
