  3. I am sure this is a remedial question, but whats the difference between the LD28 and L28 and what was the LD28 used in?
  4. True to an extent, yes. Your never actually "losing" any power, but your shifting it to a different place in the powerband. My car lost quite a bit of low end grunt when I removed my cat and added 2.5 piping, it did gain some high end power however but I dont think it was worth the trade.

  7. VG30E VG30ET VG30DE VG30DETT All of these are interference engines.
  8. Quite a bit of time, a little money. If your asking the question you most likely dont have the skills,know how, or time to do this. My suggestion would be to sell the VG30DETT and buy a VG30ET, being a direct swap other then the front crossmember it wont be all that hard and it will still make plenty of power.
  9. As far as availability and pricing the VG hands down, but as far as installing the motor I have no clue.

  11. umm....theres a few, but compression is 10.5:1 on the NA.

  14. Why not go with the JDM VG30ET? 230HP and 245TQ?
  15. Does it do this even after the engine has been running for a while and is warmed up? It sounds too me like the CHTS or the Auxillary Air Control Valve.
  16. Why put a 350Z tranny in it, the VG30's tranny is much stronger.
  17. Where does it say the heads are from the 3.5L? I must of missed it.
