    A guy I run into at work lives in Keller, he said today he had some saved in his freezer. I feel you pain on the car. I'm sick of sanding, hearing my compressor never shut off, blowing my nose to see what layer of paint I'm down to.

    To tell you the truth, putting the pics side by side. The Kawasaki green almost matches Robs car, I wouldn't be surprised if that was his color. But I think I like PETEW's color the best.

    Thats a bit brighter I guess? I'm trying to see which one I would get sick of 1st? I like it allot also.

    Dude your car is sweet! Its in the right shade of green for sure. I'm liking the Kawasaki green also. I was SO deflated after I got off the phone, I surfed the web looking at colors AGAIN. But man this green has me hooked! buZy, Dude if you only knew how much I love black! I just want something thats going to POP against the black flares.

    Well now I'm in a bit of a pickle. I called Rob in Cali. to find out for sure the paint color of his green 240z. He said he would really appreciate it if I didn't paint my car the same color as his. He said he hates it when he sees a car the same color as his (its a custom green) I can appreciate that, so the search continues. I talked to the painter down the road and I'm set to bring him the car 2nd week of April.

    The machine shop said they would enter it into their computer using the top 2 bolts as reference, then machine the bell housing from that. Then we got into conversation about Chris's motor, WHP, and if he was going to use the same tranny? To be honest I can't remember if it was me or him that suggested making one for Chris, and anyone else?? The LAST thing I want to do is be accused of "steeling". I just don't need that!

    Awwww, you guys are killing me. I think picking a color is the hardest thing I've done! getting married....easy, and stupid having a kid.........easy, I did nothing but eat hospital food. picking a paint color...... hard.

    I know, I know. I love black!! my truck is black. But I want some contrast from the flares, and the body color. And as for now I'm loving that green.

    I hope the green does not get old quick? Thats what scares me about picking a color. There is a body shop less than 5 miles down the raod that I'm thinking about taking it to?? He said about $1700 he would do it. He does great work.

    no its the Z31 turbo trans out of the SS car. same internals as Z32 just the shifter needs no mods, it comes through the stock 240-280z hole. http://z31.com/misc/info/ss/ I should take a pic of the poor Z31ss my trans came out of. It was creamed in the back.....so sad.

    I got the Z31 tranny in by myself. Yes I had to trim the trans mounts a bit but only the driver side. No the dust shield does not have to be trimmed on the Z31/Z32 trans, I think thats the 240sx trans? Austin said he will make more when the demand is back up I believe??

    yeah I'm getting pumped. I've been so confused about what color to do. When I saw Robs car, it was really hitting me. I really like it!

    the 240z, I think the 510 might be the same? That green kinda hits me? I like it allot, and I need to choose a color fast! edit I see that its Rob Fuller's car http://www.zcargarage.com/photo-gallery/zcg-1970-datsun-240z.htm anyone know the color?
