big-phil
A little cutting, and drilling. No welding required unless you want to.
tamo3
Thanks for posting video! I did not know license plate lights are different from 280z and 240z.
big-phil
Me either, now I'm looking for a cheap 240z plate light and holder
EuroDat
Nice video. Im planning to do the same with my 280z with the 240z bumpers. Slowly getting all the parts together. I always thought the number plate lights were the same. Just got my taillights and surrounds yesterday. Looks like ill need to find the number plate light as well. PLATA
They are not the same, but the 260/280 will work with minor modification with the 240 panels Edited February 24, 2013 by PLATA

Mike kZ
I hope you filled the old reverse light openings with something, or you are going to have a lot of exhaust fumes coming in.

Perfect240z
If you had the euro/jdm tail lights for your 280z why cut to fit the euro/jdm light from a 240? Looks? If so I like the 240z lights way better then the rest.

RebekahsZ
That was a cool video! Why do all of us with cool z-cars have a huge pile of crap along the side of our shops? My shop is no better-Rednecks are everywhere! Somebody PLEASE come clean off my workbench!
1vicissitude
Wow had no idea cutting was involved. Cool video. Thanks for sharing. Although I have a 240z and prefer the 260z lights. I don't think I'd let myself cut sheet metal for them though. I just prefer the chrome bezels. Wonder if 280s would fit with the 240 shroud? Who needs reverse lights anyways! Watson
Looks great! It's also got me thinking of doing a conversion of sorts my self. Well done.
