gmac708
I actually tried to get 245/45 and they were unavailable in the Michelin PS2s. I have the 245/50s and they fit perfect. I'm sure you can go either way. gord

beermanpete
Great show. Awesome cars. I found it interesting that they featured Gordon through the entire video but hardly mention the guy who built the 370Z.
brianZortiz
I guess its because the 240z was the challenger. The 370z was already in and built by a team via suggestions from facebook fans.
daddydonuts
^and built specifically for these series of test...and yes that is a nice 240Z
Tony D
I was slightly disappointed by the feature in that the costs were not revealed for the cars. Not to show off what someone spent, but to give people a REAL WORLD comparison. There is more to performance than just "performance'! That a 40year old car held SO CLOSE to a MODIFIED newer model is absolutely astounding. My guess is that the RB car was cost-comparable to the new 370, before modifications. And THAT would have been an interesting comparo to see! That modified 370 is buckets of money more... I just wanted to see a cost per performance point... Or performance point gained. I'm duly impressed by the RB Z, duly impressed, indeed!

And that with the 370Z having much gripper tyres, imagine how it would have gone if they used a control tyre.
