DavyZ
This paint scheme might look good on a Z car, but would need a few modifications in the back IMO. I like the silver, black, and red on sports cars in general. Middle pic is my favorite. Davy

DavyZ
What is that thing? I love it. Hahaha! You're kidding, no? If not, no biggie--that was one of the inspirations of the Z car, a Jaguar E-Type racecar from the 1960's. There are some other pics on this linky: http://www.griotsgarage.com/podium.jsp They are sexy cars, but I like the Z even a bit more!!!! Am I nutz or what?? z-REX
maybe so but i agree, so what does that say about me?? when datsun melded that design into the z, they left out the one and only thing i don't like about those cars... the bloatedness. z-REX
oh i agree it's gorgeous... it's just that the z looks like an e-type after six months with a personal trainer! 8) but yeah, that paint job rocks. almost doesn't make the car look so rotund. (note to self... wear alot of silver after onset of gut. )

SpeedRacer
BTW, If you want to have some fun, (and have the bucks) Jaguar has a bunch of those available because they are Rent-A-Racers! http://www.autoweek.com/search/search_display.mv?port_code=autoweek&cat_code=motorsportsnews&content_code=04229711&Search_Type=STD&Search_ID=1772332&record=
Chaparral2f
I thought it could be a jag, but the front view had me thinking it was maybe a C-type. Oh well, if I was smart, I'd get a real job

BillZ260
DO THE PAINT, very cool. Simple and it says "RACE ME" at the stop lights. Of course, take your races to a sanctioned venu.

innerware
right after reading this post originally a few days ago the next day while in Berkely at 4th street a great looking grey e type drove past me while I was walking by. Never seen one in person and wow it is nice.
DavyZ
Yes, they are very classy and sweet looking. A guy at my alma mater had one with a Ford V8 conversion---very cool! Yes it was faster then my 200SX at the time... Davy
