rytherwr
See?? It CAN get on the ground before it grows wings! Couple of pics actually on the ground with the vette rear and quarters roughed in. Think it will come out ok. STILL can't talk anyone into selling me 4 R230 inner CV joints! I think this thing is going to be a pain to push around but will be good on gas, ya think? BillZ260
VERY NICE WORK!!! THAT IS JUST... COOL! I would like to see FAT tires in the front too but it's your car right? STILL, I like that rear valance!!!
EvilRufusKay
Looking good man!! I have been thinking of doing something similar for quite some time now. Your pics have convinced me to go through with it. I may use a newer version though. Keep up the good work!!
Mike kZ
Looks good!, You'll have to bring it up to Atlanta for our next local HybridZ meet. (not sure when that is yet) When do you think the car will be finished?
rytherwr
Mike, Not sure when I will get done. NOBODY'S PAYING ATTENTION TO MY PLEADINGS ABOUT 4 R230 INNER CV JOINTS! I started last July and wanted to finish it by June of this year, however, I am behind schedule as I am caught up with other things at work. Still hoping to see July or Aug though. Mike kZ
Did you try our classifies? Or give Tim an email or PM, he has been doing some of these swaps for people and may have a source. http://hybridz.org/nuke/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=profile&mode=viewprofile&u=1084

nullbound
looking good! it looks pretty mean with the g-nose and flares. vette rear matches nicely with the rest of the mods, too. come on, mikekz. you used the word 'finished' again... you know they're never finished. rytherwr
Yes, Sirs. (as radar would say) I have an ad in the classified and look a couple of times a day. No joy. Tim and I have been pm-ing for about a month and we aren't having much luck. His first source doesn't have any and his fall-back source hasn't answered up yet. I appreciate the advice. rytherwr
Many thanks, Mike. I've been all over the Web. I've got one of the sites but don't have the other. Sure appreciate your time. Wayne
EvilRufusKay
Another option could be this: http://hybridz.org/nuke/modules.php?op=modload&name=zClassifieds&file=detail&cat=64&de=273 I don't know if it is sold, it has been listed for awile. I would buy it but I have already put a downpayment on a simlar unit.
rytherwr
I'm too far gone for this option, although I appreciate the thought. I already have the vlsd diff installed, front mount made, custom driveshaft installed, Moser axles (waiting on...you guessed it! R230 inner cv joints)and companion flanges adapted. I believe I have found some re-manned. Pricey, but gotta go with the flow, I guess.
