rustrocket
What do you guys think of these wheels? They are centerline venturas, 2 piece. Not sure how heavy they are though. Has anybody had any good or bad experiences with centerline products? Thanks guys -rustrocket

2126
rustrocket, Pretty nice looking wheels!!! Centerline has good products that are pretty strong (make alot of wheels for off-road use). I say, if you get wood with these wheels......put then on your Z. For a five spoke wheel they do look good. I've always liked the 3 pc wheel look myself. Go for it! rustrocket
Got an e-mail back from centerline. The 17x8 weighs 22 lbs, and the 17x7 weight about 21 lbs. Are these too heavy? I was worried that they would look a little too much like i was tryin to pimp out the Z...baller wannabe status.

jt1
That's heavy for an autocross/road race wheel, but about normal for cast AL street wheels. I think those would look great on a street Z. John
EvilRufusKay
The weight factor may be better assesed in respect to price....how much for a set? Do they come in wider dimensions? like 11" or 12"
Tim240z
I am running a set of centerlines on my Z. Very nice quality and they stay polished nicely. Mine were 'wheel deals' so they were very inexpensive (about $400/set if I remember correctly), and I could pick them up (no shipping charges) as their warehouse is only 25minutes away. rustrocket
Like Tim's, these are also "wheel deals". Pricing is $155 each with about 21 shipping per wheel. Unfortunately, the only come in 7 or 8" width. If you go to http://www.centerlinewheels.com/wheel_deals_detail.php?id=194&type=vehicle&data=22 , you can see those wheels, or http://www.centerlinewheels.com/wheel_deals_list.php and put in your state and car model. Tim240z
Just for reference, mine are: 8" wide with 5" back spacing. I am running coilovers. BTW [shameless plug] I have a set of wide rims posted in the classifieds [/shameless plug]
