mario_82_ZXT
Hmm.... I did get two part numbers as well, but they seem the same: A/T M/T Case looks the same, but they are for different models. I doubt it matters though because you calibrate MS to work with either. Mario
jkube
If it helps I used the Manual Trans one. It worked no problems. I know Megaquirt reqiures that you to calibrate the TPS anyways, so the only units that cause a problem are the "Switching" type from the 280zx. Forrest
Unless it's really easy to bolt on the TPS, you might be better off just selling your TWM TB and buying a 240sx TB/spacer kit. You probably won't have to spend much (if anything.)
ihatejoefitz
i agree, i could sell you a 240sx throttle body for $40 with tps. or you could just go to the junk yard and get one yourself, either way is probably cheaper than buying just the TPS through a parts dealer. Drax240z
Automatic ones have 2 pulgs on them, one plug is a switch type output, the other is a potentiometer type output. You can use either independantly.

randy 77zt
i have the intake matched for the twm throttle body.it was a bolt on and linkage is fits.i like the feel of oem z throttle linkage.the throttle body is a little over 60mm.making an aluminum plate to hold tps is easier the reworking throttle linkage.i swapped out a stock one a few years back on a zx that my buddy had for sale.so i got a free throttle body.the local pick&pulls dont have any ka24 tps sensors-they are always gone.from the picture it looks the tps might bolt on. Tony D
The Auto Trans 240SX in a particular year range used a "Dual" TPS. It contained a Position Sensor on a pigtailed connector, and a Position Switch for the Transmission control computer. As I understand it, this was one year only, or maybe a series of years till the Engine and Transimssion ECU were made compatible, and could use the same signal.
