HoustonZ
Anyone want to trade flanges for a Megasquirt system?
SHADY280
i would be interested in one round port (p79 head) and a intake flange as well, it can even be in steel, i havent learned aluminum t.i.g yet. getting there tho
HoustonZ
We're going to do the square ports because they work with earlier round port heads. The opposite, round on a square port, wouldn't work very well.
HoustonZ
Okay, the word from the shop is that they will be complete January 13th. This project took a little longer then expected, but at least we finished it. Thanks for hanging in there.

I've been stuck in Colorado for the last couple days due to a totalled car after we hit a tree on the way back from a ski trip.

spork
If you don't mind me asking, how come you didn't match the cutouts to a p90 head? From personal experience, it makes it much harder to make a round tube fit over a big square, weld it, and still have room for bolts than if you're dealing with a closer to stock sized opening. Anyways, I'll paypal you a later today to buy one and see how it works out.
SHADY280
ill get one, but brings me back to my earlier question, how to weld a round tube into a square hole, and make it look nice. expander?
JustinOlson
Could you bolt up the intake manifold to the head and take a picture to show the available clearance? Justin
