It's a purpose built tube frame with a body that looks like an FD3S. Otherwise, they have nothing in common. It's kinda like saying a Nascar GTO is just like the GTO you can drive off the showroom floor. That being said, I love that thing. I wonder why it's for sale again. I thought it sold before.
