N42 Block Hole?

I've rebuild a number of F54 and N42 blocks, but don't remember seeing this hole near the rear main cap. It is not all the way through. This engine was running great when I pulled it. It also has over 180K miles with the original bore and bearings.

Isn't that the oil drainback hole from the rear of the head? There is a drilled hole in the back of the head, under the last cam tower, and a matching hole in the block deck...as I recalled it dumped near the rear main cap down in the crankcase. Stick a wire coathangar through it, and see where it pops up, I'm thinking that is where the hole goes.

I would deburr it, and the surrounding area, and if it's real anal time, maybe install a little deflector on it to allow the oil drainback to drain to the oil pan without impinging on the crank or crank throw winding around in that area.
