RB26powered74zcar
Those sure are sweet. I'd love to find a set in black. Not sure about the fit though... sorry.
OvErMiNd
I think I'd try s2000 seats before these honestly. They're way more comfortable and more of a sport seat. (Recaros)
Sparks280zt
s2000 seats are pretty high, these RSX seats regularly go for $300 a pair.
EvilC
Those seats are very heavy. Friend of mine was giving me a set last year to put in the Z and when I went to pick it up.......DAYUM!!!! LOL. Also like Sparks280zxt said S2000 seats go for some dollars. RSX seats do like nice though.
Jersey
They are black and that's exactly what he's asking for them sparks, $300. They do look good but i've never sat in them or even saw them in person so i really have no idea of the size/feel. Evil, did they look like they could sqeeze in the Z? They do look really good in person, I think you will like them. If weight does not bother you then I say go for em.
OvErMiNd
s2000 seats are probably a couple hundred more used. I used to own an S, that's why I said it. I bet you could find some for 500 on s2ki.com. Maybe even less.
JustinOlson
I have roughed in my S2000 seats into my 280z. I had to bang on the transmission tunnel on the drivers side to get them to fit. Besides that, just some modifications to the seat rails and they are looking pretty good to fit nice and snug. I doubt there would be the clearance issue in the 240z with the transmission tunnel. In the early cars, they didn't have a big bulge where the cat goes. Justin
Wedge
They got side airbags tho ? I was loonking to get some RSX seats but cant the side airbags be removed ?
v8dan
S2000 seats are pretty expensive especially if your going after the black leather with red stitching. My buddy just sold his for 900 so ya s2000 seats not really worth it to me. But they are some of the best looking factory seats out there imo. But you never know check out http://www.s2ki.com they have a really good classified section
VinhZXT
They don't fit period. A friend of mine offer a set for my Cobra. I took one home and tryied and it is too big. They look real good though

280Z-75
I posted pictures of my RSX 2004 Type S seats in this other thread: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=121121&page=4 Recommendation: Go S2000. I had to change over to a 13 inch steering wheel, or else no leg room with this swap.
jazzsax
Did you get the seats? How easy to install? How is the fit? Pictures Thanks
sorealsosurreal
i actually have an rsx type-s its a 2002 so the pattern is a little diffrent (cleaner looking in my opinon) and they are awsomely comfortable and really hold you in well. if you decide to go through with this and possibly make a new slider system for them so they are shorter in the car let me know im interested. but yeah they are very comfy i think about it all the time and think i could just live in them. and yes you could easily reduce weight by taking the side are bag out.
