tfreer85
Okay so been having fun with photoshop, figured I'd get some opinions on this edit of the G-nose. This CAR ONLY. Inspiration cars, these are not cars I'm wanting opinions on: Thanks!! Tyson
sparkynacho
Looks different, I like it.
OlderThanMe
If you were to dump the 280Z~ish type 3 bumper and retain the Gnose bumper then it would be SWEET! Also re-profile the front of the type 3 to be more round rather than come to a point liks the stock Z nose. I may do something like this when I get around to it along with a few extra aeodynamic "enhancements"...

Gareth
The PS version doesn't look too good IMO. For me, the extended G-nose with a wider lip like in the last picture is perfectly fine, but then again, this is just me.
psdenno
How can anyone improve on the G-nose?
Administrators BRAAP Posted December 23, 2007 Administrators Share Posted December 23, 2007 Just my $.02. The first two, look more like bolt on blingy rice, just something to grab passerby’s initial attention. The last one looks finished, purposeful, thought out and aesthetically pleasing. Lunar240z
i agree with otm a thinner bumper would make it nicer.
jerryb
I honestly dont like the new spolier....its not correct for that period look. The second one is closer but looks like a bolt on.......the third is dead on! It flows, it belongs...its ....its......Fungshui!...........lol, sorry. Globerunner513
agreed, the 3rd one is definately the way to go. The first i could see working...but only just. Maybe if it was blended nicely into the front end and painted all the same color.
G.I.jonas
I think that they all look pretty cool and different.
jerryb
True enough Globerunner513...if number 1 was painted it may look better but the round air ducts seem wrong....anyone with paintshop that could work some MAGIC!?

veritech-z
Number 2 is a factory race part, is it not?
tfreer85
Number 2 is a factory race part, is it not? From my understanding no, but I am not an expert like Alan T. Also the car in 2 and 3 again if iirc are the same car at different time periods.
tfreer85
So here's the second edit, tried to keep more to the original G-nose look. Didn't mess around with color matching but more on placement etc. Tyson
oldskoolZ
I personally really like the second photo shop. Looks functional, beautiful, and not ostentatiously gaudy lol.
Gareth
Better, but still not good...
