Pete84
Wonder if it will have the same wheelbase as the G37 coupe. Either way, it should be lighter and more powerful than the current model. Here's to hoping that the utility of the 240Z's hatch design will be reincarnated to the 370Z and not have that massive strut bar. Maybe the shorter wheelbase will help with that. RedEvilrps13
looks decent, but instead of making it smaller, why not keep it the same size, give it more power, and bring back the S chassis (s13/s14/s15) as the smaller sports coupe? Chemicalblue
I had an inside Z source tell me that its going to give the GTR a run for the money. I asked if it was Turbo and he wouldn't answer. I also had a friend that went to buy a GTR and Nissan told him "no", there wont be enough to go around for another year or so. HMMMM

I believe they are bringing back the 240 or a 240ish platform.

Ole-M
Thats a really lame sketch. I hope they make it more 240Z'ish then todays 350Z About it being shorter and all that. I guess the GT-R is a pretty big heavy supercar. Makes sense to make the 370Z a lighter smaller sportscar, right?
Juarez88
I wish they cut the crap and went with a v8 already. Unless they plan on making 4-5 liter v6 engines within the next 10 years (looks like its heading there), there really isn't any way to avoid going v8. Look at Porsche, they have H6's that are perfectly sufficient for their design targets - handling, road racing, not 1/4'ing.
280Z Turbo
They're never going to build another 240Z, guys. Get over it! Sure...cars are heavier now, but they still seem to perform much better than they did 35 years ago.
OlderThanMe
Nissan did build a 4.5 liter modified V8 350Z...The front end was stretched out a bit too. Looked a little odd though. I bet Nissan is playing with V8 Z designs now... Probably a new 4 to 4.5 liter V8 engine design. http://thegarageblog.com/garage/nismo-releases-v8-350z-for-super-gt-championships/ What is in motorsports occasionally makes it to the production level. (too bad there was never a V8 280zx...)
