WHY do they call it "cowardly" to follow the law at those intersections? WHY does D.C have 4 lane divided highways that are posed at 40MPH? It slows you down at a dangerous intersection with advanced warning. Perfectly safe. Oh wait a minute...was the intention to slow you down and make you safe, or was it to generate revenue?
