akhelihoon907
Found this on CL today, and was wondering what you guys thought. I have a stock zxt motor but want to upgrade more of it soon. Is this a good size? too big or too small. thanks http://anchorage.craigslist.org/pts/1796180065.html
SleeperZ
Assuming the hot side A/R is 1.15, that's too much for most L28s, and will spool very slowly. Sounds like that turbo was for a Mazda rotary or something....
Brad-ManQ45
+1 on the turbine A/R. You also have no idea what trim the compressor section is, so forget it - not worth the money.
stony
That almost looks like an ad that i went and looked at a couple years ago when i lived in anchorage. the exhaust housing was suited more for a big block v-8 and the compressor looked like it came off a import. whichever it came off of or what application it was used for i passed.... as mentioned above the exhaust housing is way to big for the compressor. PR280z
I`m running with AR.60/AR.81 on my 78turboZ and seems to work fine. But, yes i think the hot side is to big. Edited June 28, 2010 by PR280z
