malibud
I am looking for some where to vent my BOV. I see a lot of people venting it into a vacum port on the intake I was told to put it a 60 degree bend right before the turbo . Does it make a difference ? Thanks Dan

Thanks Dan I vented mine to the turbo inlet with some radiator hoses and an epoxied fitting on the turbo inlet
davek
SDgoods That's a good idea Did it quite the swoosh down to almost nothing?
SDgoods
SDgoods That's a good idea Did it quite the swoosh down to almost nothing? Thanks... it quieted it down and I believe just made the whole system work better... the air re-entering after the maf (running z31 electronics) has already been metered as opposed to metered air being vented and in turn running rich during shifts. BLOZ UP
Upgraded my crappy intercooler to a huge one. A bit too large, it took some pie-cuts and lots of finagling. Old one: New one: I'm happy with the fitment. Still needs some real mounts on it to hold it in place, but the piping does not rub on anything anymore, and the fitment relative to the radiator is much better. cuztm240z
I did 3" piping with a 31x12x3 intercooler everything just barely fits, still dont know if my stock hood will work. Crossing my fingers that the hinges will clear.

Barrel_Ball
I think somebody mentioned an air/water setup, earlier? PWR 5x6" core, will be using a Honda CR80 radiator as the front heat exchanger, and an RB25 recirc valve. Probably the shortest, intercooled piping setup on one of these engines. We're almost done with the fabrication, just need to plumb the recirc outlet, and paint the pipes before doing the coolant plumbing. EDIT: Done fabrication and paint. Core is installed. Even runs stock air box! Edited September 20, 2016 by Barrel_Ball
