emeraldlion
Plan on hitting this yard this weekend. Snatching this mirror from this alpine. Plan on asking some questions about a few z's. Check out the wheels on the blue car. Haven't seen many disk wheels.
SportBikeMike
Blue car actually looks pretty clean. Of course, who knows what lurks underneath....

Your in Illinois, that applies around this side of the country. He is in Texas, I would bet its not to bad.
emeraldlion
Depends really. We don't typically see the "every crevice invading" cancer like you guys do up north, that's for sure.

Thats why I had to go out west to get both of my Zs.
Tony D
Centerlines... I wouldn't have left the yard without that G-Nose. Last one I found I removed with a Leatherman and a 6" Crescent Wrench! Literally cut the FRP fenders on the car with the Crescent Wrench as a shear... Got it home and found it was a 5-piece that had been poorly bondoed into a one-piece lookalike. Luckily for me there was a lot of wax on the parts, and the bondo more or less popped off in large chunks! SCORE (especially when it went out of the yard as a 'Firebird Front Fascia'
emeraldlion
I actually have not been to the yard yet. The car with the gnose he's trying to sale as a "whole" car for 3k. I'm going this weekend to see what he'll let go of.
B00STDZ
The gnose car also looks like it has jim cook racing rear wide fenders.
emeraldlion
yeah it does. and some mini-light style wheels. When I go take a look I'll grab pictures of any other mods that are on it. I have this hunch he isn't going to want to part it though.
roger280zx
Why don't the yards in my neck of the woods have wide body gnosed rides? WTF! The only wide fender Z I've seen in the yard was so incredibly rotten I didn't even consider it. Ok maybe I did, a little, but only because it was a '70. inZane 240
I have a set of those "disk" wheels in the shed. My z rolled off the showroom floor with those. They were a dealer option back in the day. They have a faux wire basket that bolts on to the centercap. jakeoster
Is the g nose oem? I'd pay you to take it off and send it to me if it is.
emeraldlion
I'll let you know if it's a five piece if that's what you mean. I have yet to find out if the guy will sel it apart from the car.
