got a little more work done today all fuel lines replaced (in the engine bay) still need to replace the lines in the rear replaced the weather stripping (both doors) hood hinges blasted and powder coated started reinstalling the interior (steering wheel,clamshell and dashpad) installed the tag light housing discovered a small birds nest in my air vent

not much progress to report today other than i got my fuel pump bracket sand blasted and powder coated... i think it looks pretty damn good also my hood hinges are blasted and being coated satin black , as well as my "bullet" mirror. -phil-

I started looking for a Z when i turned 16 and found a few but never had the money, but now im 20 ,turning 21 in March. About 3 months ago i meet an internationla Z parts dealer and i start talking to him a little over a month ago he call and says he has a 260Z for me if i want to look at it. i agree ,make the hour and a half drive, and i was impressed with the car he had brought to me , very little rust, all the parts are with the car. I asked "does it run" he replies "it did when it had nasty 'boat anchors', i have a newly rebuilt set of round top SU's and an ass load of new things going with this car, and ill help you get it back into shape, as long as your parts come from me. so hashing out the final details on the deal , i ran to the bank, and dropped $800 on it.
