i believe you can fit a 7.5 - 8" with a higher offset, i dont know if it will clear your calipers though. Look at like a 18x7.5 +20~15 or 17x8 +25 ... you will need to roll your fenders with a big wheel...

make sure you get wheel and hub centric spacers, even if they are only like 10mm. Look on zilvia.net in the advertising section for 5 lug spacers. btw, are these 17" or 18" ?

So i picked up a whole rear end from a z32tt for 400 bucks. Its alittle wider than the oem 280zx, but ahell of alot better and stronger. I made a adapter today, so it should be going into in acouple of days... will take some pics later tonight. any tips appreatiated.

how much are you guys charging for the vk56 trans adapter plate ? also do you guys include a flywheel ? or can the z33 flywheel be used ?

im surrounded by these idiots aswell. one guy with a srt4 was telling me that he's going to get a custom CARBON FIBER exhuast manifold for weightsavings and run 60psi. then he installed a bov upside down....its depressing listening to these retards. oh yeah, acouple of months ago, he crashed his car into a wall going 130mph+.

i dont know why, but im not feeling that car at all. hate the wing too.

^ ill tell you from my experience with the VK56. dont buy an engine alone. look for a parts car. unless you plan on running a standalone.

mine is also made from 2 engine stands. i had to cut them and make them taller though. if i had to do it again, i would definetly make the engine stands alot wider for stability. ill measure them tomorrow.

hey, im trying to decide which motor to go with, pretty much i have the VK56de and have a l28e. but im still conteplating on which one i want. the VK56 is a amazing motor, but wiring is almost impossible on it, the l28e is going to be a 3.0L stroker with a GT35R, its so much easier to work with and sounds 10x better. the VK56 cant really handle boost because of the pistons, and cams are super expensive. what are your opinions ? pros/cons? btw the car will be used more as a track/auto-x car. dont really care about drag racing. wont be a daily driver.
