    What do you guys think about dimmer effect as suggested by Pharaohabq ? The running lights , at the moment , are very bright , more like brake lights . The more I look at them , I like them the way they are without adding anymore LEDs . Thinking of dimming the LEDs for running and full power for turn/brake . Did that earlier with an inline 120 ohm resistor , cut the light output over half ( still visible ) .

    Test ran the LED sequential modules today and , with my luck , one module is bad .

    That sucks . It looks so good w/o flares . Then again , it might look better with flares .

    Looks great . I just don't like idea of sucking hot air from engine compartment ( hurts HP ) , especially with headers . I would build some kind of block off panels/plates or box .

    I used OE air filter box with K&N filter ( came with car ) .

    Don't drive it in the rain or use half of a coffee can around the filter , you get the idea . Looking good . I don't like the idea of driving my Z and ZX in the rain , not fun .

    Awesome ! It would be nice if we can have a copy of the tune . I have HP tuners software , we are going to TRY ( learning mode ) to tune Matt's . Would be a lot easier to fine tune yours to meet his setup than starting from OE program . And use it on mine , whenever I get back on my S130 , will be doing turbo 6.x .

    Nice . With mod , I can make it work . Going to save it for my S130 or my 84 Z31T .

    What type of fuses are you using , the ones that replaced the " 4 small links " ? I used MAXI fuses to replaced mine . Fusibles are color coded similar to MAXI fuses . Hope that helps .

    When you are done with the tune , Matt needs it . . Are you using HP tuners ?

    Third brake light , your thoughts ? The plan was to use third brake from my 87 Z31 ( top of hatch ) . Since I already have all these extra LEDs , why not use them .

    That would be too easy to do . . I need to work my brain . Driver side is on the table if I can't get the sequential module to work with the pass. side design . Trying to do a starburst/sequential turn signal , haven't seen anything like that on the road .

    Here's another design . I like the pass. side , has that Asian look to it , if I can figure out a way to incorporate running light to work with starburst/sequential turn signal .

    Get to work . Is that legal to cruise around on public roads like that in your city/state ? Not here , in Texas .

    Will be using light bars , since I already have them , for brake lights . Turn signal will sequential with round LEDs . Here are 3 patterns that I'm thinking for the face plates . Please vote . A . B . C . Here's a blank one for your design .

    Running lights are done . Still have enough LEDs left to do another set or two . Turn and brake ideas . Need some ideas , people . I'm thinking round so I can have sequential turn signal . And with round LEDs , I can cut out face plates with any shape or pattern .

    Halos are running lights .

    Here are few night shots , not completely dark outside . It's hard to see the halos , too bright . With headlights on , can't even see them . They look better in person , too bright for the camera to pick up the halos .
