    Here's how I did the inserts . Nice to have a sign shop next to my shop . Still waiting on a replacement sequential module . Will be doing my brake lights today . Wiring is going to be fun . Since I'm incorporating running lights ( perimeter strips ) with turn signal and brake , I have to use relays and diodes to make them work ( in theory ) . We will see .

    Totally awesome ! . I would be chicken too . Just take it nice and easy until you get used to the new and awesome power of the beast .

    Carb spray it or use a smoke machine to check for vac leak .

    Check voltage condition as stated above . Also need to check what's missing , spark or injector pulse , with all plugs are installed .

    I would double check the distributor . Maybe the oil pump was clocked wrong . Bring number one to TDC and check the rotor orientation . Or poss. damaged intake boot . Just a thought . Good luck .

    Dodge trucks and some cars use LDPs but not that year GMC truck . They need to do some research before giving ( guessing ) out advice .

    Agree . Those guys don't know wth they're talking about . There's no air pump to pressurize the fuel tank in that truck . I put my money on the ABS module , common problem on GM trucks .

    I'll be doing mine as soon as it's emission exempt , about another year or so . Time to search for another donor Fbody . Good luck with your project . Post pics .

    They are a lot of AM oil pans for old school Chevy , you should be able to find one that fits . Why aren't you doing LS swap ?

    If you are doing forward facing turbo, you might want to build your own mounts , JTR mounts look too busy . IMO . Start a build thread while you are at it .

    They look pretty good . I bought 2 rolls of regular LED strips , not too happy with LED spacing , too far apart IMO . I like the way the perimeter lights turned out with side emitting strips . Just not sure if I want anymore LEDs in the center , do love the idea of sequential turn signal .

    Contacted the seller about the defective module . Meanwhile , I'm still debating on what to do with turn/brake . Decision decision decision .

    Where did get the wiring diagram ? Like to have one with color coded wiring . Copied the above but it's too small .

    Exhaust tips look good but would be better w/o bands . I'd tack weld them , 3 or 4 tacks ( small beads )

    Kinda agree with Plata but it looks like you need to redo the muffler and tip(s) . From the pics , the muffler is too far back . IMO , the muffler looks better in front of diff if rear bumper is deleted .
