  1. In front of the rear tire look underneath (inside the rear quarter lip) in front of the chapmen arm (lower control arm) there is a T shape on the uni-body with a hole in it. Where the 2 intersect on the inside place the jack stand there. You can see the jack stand on my 240Z in relation to where you have to put the jack stand. Since mine is up in the air now because I replaced the fuel tank vent lines, upgrade diff, and e-brake cable. If you need a better picture I can take one tonight and post it...
  2. I am looking for an adapter that I can screw into the stock oil temp sensor spot on the oil pan (5/8 ID) and thread in the Blitz Oil Temp Sensor harness. The Blitz OTS is 10mmX1.00. Does anyone make a standard thread to metric adapter. I have checked around with a dozen hardware stores and speciality bolt places and nothing.. Worse case I can plug it and redrill and tap a new whole for the Blitz harness next to it. Anyone have any input or have done this? Stock sensor on left Blitz on right Stock sensor on left Blitz on right BTW I just called Blitz and Russell and they have nothing.. Thanks,
  3. ok I think .60 will be the way to go (on all), if that cylinder still won't clean up then I'll cross that bridge if I get there... Keep you posted. Joe
  4. Don't worry I'll come down and tease you with mine, while your RB project is still progressing...
  5. so if they sleeve the one bad cylinder, does the sleeve increase the bore size or will I still be at .40 on all 6? Then if I am there already do I get the other 5 sleeved? Is it an expensive process? Luckily he is boring this before ordering the pistons or I would be screwed..
  6. I thought all the blocks post 1981 are the same. It is just the internals that are different. I could be wrong. In saying that would I be wrong in using a F54 N/A (if there is such a thing) block. Or if I go the (get another block route) do I NEED to get a TURBO block?
  7. My machine shop just called, he is in the middle of boring my turbo block. One of the cylinders was a little rusty before bringing it to him and he said that he cannot get that one cylinder cleaned up like the rest. We were shooting for .40 over bore. My questions are: *What is the safest and largest or next step over bore that I can go? *He also mentioned as an option to sleeve them all, should I go that route? He said most of the Honda motors he does when they run turbo and nitrous sleeve the blocks. *I was going to use Wisco pistons. I know to make them over .40 will be custom and cost more should I consider using another company? *Would another piston company have these off the shelf? FYI I am striving for 400+RWHP street car. Another speed bump thanks for any info...
  8. Carbon Trix. The only one that "I thought" would work in the Z without replacing the stock gauges. It's also for 60mm gauges too.
  9. You and me both Jamie. I hope to have mine done by the end of the year. Are you going to make it to SEZ?
  10. Thanks ON3GO This is the same size that 9 out of 10 ZG's run in Japan. http://www.rs-watanabe.co.jp/userspage/noguti2.htm
  11. Yea those too. I don't think that these Fuzions will last long, we'll see....
  12. Yes, I am running Ground Control coilovers with the Ground Control supplied purch. Keep us posted if they do, I was told that running wider than 8" rim will hit the stock spring purch front and rear. Yours look great too. I just got my front tires yesterday and will mount them up this week and get somemore pics posted..
  13. Yes but the next step is Hoosier road race tires since I want to keep the 45 series... No one makes a 275-45-16 street tire.
  14. too late for that. Yea but it's a one time purchase. Bite the bullet or ride with stockers. It took me a while to give in, it is a chunk of change though.
  15. $2300 w/lugs,locks and center caps. I had to wait 3 months while they were made and shipped to CA then to me.
