  1. Bump Parts required to fit a 78 260z/280z No reply from MM so why still looking btw, anyone local to those guys able to give them a nudge
  2. Found a few pics which might help ? Also used the bigger GTST diff flange to attach the prop
  3. I used the front half of the GTST manual prop, as that has the right fitting into the GTST gearbox The front of the propshaft is a push fit into the gearbox, so few mil either way will not be an issue As for the diff you'll need to ask others as mine will not be making 500hp, but I suspect it wouldn't last long (assuming the drive shafts and hubs don't break first !)
  4. Propshaft length would depend on what engine mounts are used, so one size isn't going to fit all. As for the diff it will be fine unless you go for mad power As stock it will not have a lsd
  5. Would be nice to think their parts come "pre-set" to std factory road settings? Not that thats the answer but it gives a base to start from
  6. Pic one is correct, connect that small hose to the metal water pipe to the turbo Pic two, yes you could join the two pipes together to bypass the matrix btw, By the time you have the loom etc crammed under the plenum you will find the metal pipe doesn't move much anyway hths
  7. I see you offer a Z31 kit Would you be thinking of a like stub axle and companion flange combo for the 240 - 280z's? Or companion flange only (if requested) ?
  8. But they are now harder to get then the zxt axles Another supplier would help ??
  9. Be interesting to see that engine in a Z Tis a long old block to fit the hole
  10. I've looked on here but haven't found it Can someone tell us what the o.e part numbers are for 300ZXT inner and outer rubber CV boots are? Or at worst an equivalent pattern part number that fits the bill. Cheers
  11. As above .... If anyone has a used or as new pair of the Modern Motorsports billet Z31 4 bolt CV/Companion flange adaptors for sale I would be interested Can pay paypal + shipping no issues Reply here or pm cheers
  12. Cheers, I did look but unless i'm wrong theirs listed are for the earlier cars Needs to be from a 77/78 280z as are longer with diffo ends
  13. As far as I can find it should be Nissan Part No: 22448-25U00 Dunno what else it fits but you should be able to find with that part no
  14. You'll use them all and maybe more inc a fuel reg and boost gauge take off if you run one?
  15. No worries mate and thanks for looking.

  17. James Sounds good Let me know cheers
  18. Wanted to fit my uk spec 78 2 seater 260z (Your 1977/78 280z should be the same ?) 2 carpet retaining trims Need to be from the later car as diffo shaped ends to early trims As pics show - I need the 2 thin black metal strips that would run either side "inside" the door shuts to keep the carpet down and in place Need both sides in good straight rust free condition! If you have them would appreciate a pic to be sure they look correct Must be able to ship to the uk Can pay paypal no issues ta
  19. We didn't get injected 280z's in the uk, so no chance of finding a car to look at over here
  20. Has anyone got a few pics or links they can post up to show how the main engine ecu is located and with what on an injected 280z Also pics to show any trim/covers that cover it up when in situ? ta
  21. I need to do much the same with mine as am using a 90mm tbh Maybe it wouldn't make much or no odds but I thought about takin some material from the throttle body flange and then the plenum flange to add a little more room?
  22. Looking for a pair of late 77/78 2 seater 280z windows All I actually want is the metal runner bolted to the bottom of the glass (Held on with 2 small bolts then can be pulled clear from the glass) So "glass" not important or could even be broken as not needed To save on shipping I dont want broken glass, but metal runner must be straight and rot free !! Can pay paypal, but must be able to ship to the UK mainland All I ask is that you can send pic of part so I can be sure its the right type 240/260 and early 280 is not the same !! Cheers
