Why are my threads not coming up on the new post section.They are staying in the v8 z section any one have a clue?

I've been having tooooo much fun this summer to put on some updated photos,but summer has come to an end up here in Canada so here is some long ago promised shots.600 lift roller alum.heads 150 shot nos and a whole lot of fun.I'll get some engine and interior shots in the next while.

Went to our local drive in car show tonight,was the biggest crowd pleaser by far,there was a crowd around it all night,so i gave them a good show when i left!

I just bought a set of mickey thompson e.t. street radials 15", it looks like i have lots of clearance but when i hammer it and it squates my new slicks are shreded by the fender lip.Just came out of the body shop,so i don't want to roll the fenders.Ihad tokico springs in and it was real bad,i removed them and put the taller stock springs back in,better but still ripping them apart.Tried some rubber spacers no luck,HELP! Only 2 more track openings this year and i have to run it.i need to try the nos. and i don't dare do it on the street.Has anybody else had to raise the rear of their Z.is there a spring swap,different types of spacers?I've put way to much time and money in this beast not to get to run it this year over2'' of clearance.

What size and make of slicks are you running,i'm having problems trying to get a set to fit.Great car,good luck at the drags,it's a litte far for us Canadians to come but it's fun to read about you all.

Maple Ridge,half hour away,i also will be at Mission.Full roller 350,nos,almost finished.

Where did you purchase this unit and how much,i'm destroying my tires with my 1 wheel drive.

I've been having to much fun to remember pictures ,but i'll shoot a bunch of engine interior and exterior by the end of the week New springs tuesday,finish my nitrous set up and cut the hood.Then only one hundred little things left to do.

I'm cutting my mint hood this week,was going to go with a cowl induction hood with air cleaner but decided to go old school with pipes and hilbourn type scoop,i'm getting huge responce from people around town.

That was great,a few more hybrids would add to the excitment.

Sounding good bartman,what are the specs on your cam,tell me how you loaded your video and i'll try and get a video of my ratical roller small block this weekend.Some more of your video is in order but it took a long time to load?

I'm a custom home builder in canada,they are at me 24/7 it's really crazy here right now.I got 2 hours in my car tonight and that made me forget all my crazy clients.$15000=some sanity

450 hp small block chev with 700r4 tires are225 50 15 the problem is i need a cable to adapt from the 700 to datsun speedo.

Finally getting all the bugs out of the new motor,it would be helpful to know how fast i am really going.Where is the place to order a properly calibrated speedo cable,the new car looks great,i will get some new pictures for you guys soon.I can not drive down the road without people hanging out their windows sceaming and giving the thumbs up,its pretty crazy.

I relocated my battery to the rear and put my box in the battery compartment,it looks like it belongs and is easy to access.

Well the motor install is going slow,made new motor mounts today,stall and motor is back in,will rewire this week i hope.Moved battery to rear,put in new msd 6 but found out i will not fit under the hood.NOW i need help deciding what to do? steel 69 cowl induction ,air cleaner cut out like corzette or hilbourn fuel injection scoop.Help me out ,give me your opinion.Thanks.

What hood scoop did you put on,metal or fiberglass?Looks great.

Thanks guys,the heads are pro comp alum. I plan to low mount the alt on the other side,start the install sat. morning ,i'll keep you all posted.Had glass installed today,put the chrome back on,lights,then had to go watch friday night drags to get me motivated for tomorrow.Like i needed motivation....
