  1. Anyone run the P30-0032 with a Technotoy tuning camber plates? I had the threaded portion of the bilstein measured and I was told 14mm. Just trying to make sure I'm not going to run into a lot of interference with the camber plates. Justin
  2. What strut are you planning on running? I would shoot for a spring rate that doesn't bottom out the strut on the bump stop. If you are using a trans brake it will make the rear squat more on launch, necessitating a stiffer spring. Justin
  3. Thanks for clarifying. Thats what I was trying to get at. Justin
  4. Here are some basic dimensions from that file for those that just want to make their own: Justin
  5. Yeah, whatever you guys want to do. The IGES file should give you all the information you need. Justin
  6. I'm not making any more flanges. The information has been released. Anyone capable of taking the 3D and 2D data can make one of these flanges. I'm just trying to help out those that want flanges. The biggest problem on my end is shipping out these products once I've gotten them from a supplier. I don't really care about making a couple bucks. I'm just trying to provide for people that bought one of these flanges sets a supplier that they can get a fuel rail for it. Regards, Justin
  7. Well here is good IGES file for the fuel rail. I didn't model the contuour of the injector ports in the rail. It is modeled on a -8 AN Ross machining extrusion. If you want to quote this fuel rail out to people I bet you could sell 10-15 of them. I'll buy one if you make them ! Justin
  8. The weight difference between our chassis and the Toyota/Lexus is going to change things up a bit. Justin
  9. I'm really not up to buying a set of 15 fuel rails and having them machined. I can do the mechanical drawing for dimensions if you guys want. Maybe 1 fast z could do the fuel rails for these flanges? Justin
  10. Awesome! What is the deal with the carbon fiber roofs on these cars? Do you just cut out the factory sheet metal and expoxy/rivet on the new roof? Justin
  11. Personally I would go to "1 fast z" for any future flanges. You could wait 3-6 months on BMC. http://forums.hybridz.org/member.php?u=11640 bandmzcars.com Justin
  12. Nope, the guy that did this run of flanges was: Sam G, from BMCRace. He is the slowest machinist you're going to find. Justin
  13. Are you going to use a trans brake on the new setup? I'm in the same boat trying to figure out spring rates and struts for my 2JZ/TH400 build. Justin
  14. Great! I'm going to use this pump down the road, so its nice to be able to kill two birds with one stone. Justin
  15. Would a inline walbro 255lph pump work ok on a stock L28 engine? My main concern is the factory fuel pressure regulator being able to maintain proper fuel pressure. Anyone ever done this? Regards, Justin
  16. UPS Tracking: 3. 70z (1Z9442280375762932) 4. znow white (1Z9442280373610742) I'll have Doug's tracking # after lunch. Justin
  17. DHL Tracking Numbers: 1. GLENN280ZX (28081344255) 2. niceguy678us (28081347954) Justin
  18. These two are out today: 1. GLENN280ZX (Paid in full) 2. niceguy678us (paid in full) The other 3 are boxed up. I just could fit them in my back pack. I'll run them over tomorrow hopefully. Regards, Justin
  19. 340ZXTTAZ, looks like the tracking number just never got activated initially. I just check it again and the package was deliever yesterday. Regards, Justin
  20. I tried the tracking number as well. It didn't come up? I'll call DHL in the AM. The DHL kiosk is right next to my work. Made it handy to ship the remaining packages out since I'm riding my bicycle everywhere now. Justin
  21. DHL Tracking for 340ZXTTAZ: 28003183456 Remaining shipments to go out before the 4th: 1. GLENN280ZX (Paid in full) 2. niceguy678us (paid in full) 3. 70z (Paid in full) 4. znow white (paid in full) 5. Doug71zt (paid in full) 6. Doug71zt (paid in full) Regards, Justin
  22. Talk to Hutch Transmission Services in Ontario. They do great work! http://www.hutchtrans.com/hutch2_009.htm He also runs a good transmissions forum here(You'll see Stony over in that forum right now ): http://yellowbullet.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=30 Justin
  23. Btw, my turbo will be mounted about like this. Lower down to fit under the hood though. I'll get it mocked up once I drop in the 2JZ. Justin
  24. My exhaust will exit like this setup. It would go over the battery and straight out the fender. My turbo will be over on the passenger side of the motor. I could add heat shield over the battery as well. Just kinda undecided about which route I want to take.
  25. I will be relocating my battery very soon as I'm rewiring my car completely. I will be running my exhaust out the fender where the battery currently lives. I'm trying to decided if I would be best served moving the battery to the rear to help with weight over the rear end. This is a drag car and will be making a lot of power. Just trying to decided which route to go. Also, If I do just drop the baterry in the current location, will I have troubles with heat from the turbo and exhaust? The exhaust will be a short 90 degree 5" dump pipe. I'm trying to decided if I should just drop my battery like Ron Tyler has done here: Or relocate it to the back of the car like Z-gad has done here:
