I sent out the prototype flange I received to Mark G. I don't have my L28 torn down since its my daily driver. I decided to ship it to him since his head was waiting at the cylinder head porters for the flange to arrive. I will be getting the rest of the 14 flanges and plenum sets out as soon as I receive them. Mark is still waiting on the plenum base as well.. Regards, Justin

Well, the fuel rail would be setup for o-ring injectors. The injector ports in the flange are setup for bosch style 14mm injectors I believe. I'll verify tomorrow. I started working on the model tonight and post up my idea. Regards, Justin

I'm trying to decided on what thickness 2X2 tubing to use. From my local supplier I can get: 0.065" 0.085" 0.095" 0.125" What do you guys think? Regards, Justin

So who is interested in a fuel rail and mounting brackets for there flange? The prices would be reasonable. I was thinking -8 AN fuel rail stock. What sized fittings for the ends? Regards, Justin

Could you explain the seperation barrier on the fender? Is that to allow you to pop the partial fender out of the mold? How are you going to get a complete fender? Join two parts? Regards, Justin

I ment to update the list, but now that message is locked from being edited??. I had you down for two sets in my mind. I'm going to see what I can do to change the list. At this point all 10 of the plenum bases have rounded corners. Hope that works for everyone.

I am doing a run of 10 flanges and 10 intake flanges. For all those that didn't put a deposit down, I will only be selling the intake flange and plenum base as a set. The pricing hasn't changed from when I originally posted it back in June. The price for the set is $260. I will include CAD data with the purchase of a flange so that you have the exact dimensions to make the rest of the parts. You will need to source: 1.5" ID X 0.125" wall thickness tubing for the runners. Material to build the plenum. A throttle body flange. I can accept payment by two methods. The prototype pieces are finished and everything is good. A run of 10 flanges and 10 plenum bases is being done right now. I'm hoping all of that is done in the next 2 weeks. Could it be a relay or something like that clicking in the passenger foot well? I'm confused and it only happens at near full throttle. Its really hard for me to get my head down there to listen while going full throttle Justin

Well my car is running fairly well. I've noticed lately that something in the passenger side foot well is making noise under load. The noise is kinda a clicking sounds that repeats itself. It is RPM dependent and load dependent from what I've seen. Do these sound like symptoms of a ignition module going out? Regards, Justin
