  1. Thanks guys, I dont have any idea how to tune the SU's. I read about using light weight oil (or atf) in the carbs. I was thinking about ordering the SU video from ztherapy. Also I have no air cleaner assembly, what do you guys recomend? I was thinking about these: http://knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=56-1410 How do I tell if I have the 70-72 or 73-74 carbs?   2. Well I finally got my first Z. It has an F54 block with a P90 head. Right now I am working on gettign the motor to run good. Where you you suggest I start? Thanks, Mike

  5. McMaster Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com) can be a great source for fittings of all sorts. The have just about everything.
  6. BTW I highly recomend you get a copy of a read: Chassis Engineering by Herb Adams and Engineer to Win by Carroll Smith (any Carroll Smith books are great) Carrol Smith especially talks about techniques for safely removing weight

  8. I have seen chop tops where they basically sink the windshield into the cowl a few inches. Of course you have to keep the top profile of the windshiled stock. Just an idea.
