  1. Yup that is the far superior Mk.4 Supra IC - a very good unit! Yasin
  2. Some of you may have seen this on eBay, did not sell...accepts the Q45 80mm TB: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7923644534&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT What do you guys think? Yasin
  3. You did not clarify which Supra IC, so.... The Mk3 Supra IC ('86.5-'91) is junk, they are cheap for a reason. The Mk4 ('91-'96) is an excellent IC. Yasin
  4. MaMa Mia....does that ever look awesome...love the work...can I borrow the kitchen table after! Yasin
  5. Welcome Rob and nice litst of mods on your car! It is not uncommon for the MBC to boost creep especially at cold temps...just an FYI, most people install an electronic boost controller to address this issues. I am running the TurboXS HighPerformance MBC and it boost creeps some what but the car is running fine, and I am always very watchful at my boost gauge as I put my foot into it. A word of recommendation, get rid of the 2.5" exhaust and go 3.0" full madrel too, your car will thank you a million times over AND so will your butt dyno! I would prefer the SDS over an AIC, yes its more $$ and more of a headache to install and set-up, but SDS has great customer support, there are many folks running this set-up on their Turbo Datsuns and making sickening power. I prefer a good standalone over a bunch of add on boxes like the AIC. Alternatively you can look into the Megasquirt standalone EFI or converting your car to the 1984 and newer 300Zx Turbo MAPHot wire EFI, there is a sticky on this great thread in the Turbo section of this forum. Both the Megasquirt and the 300ZX EFI is much cheaper than the SDS, if you are looking for something a little cheaper. The Garrett off the Volvo 740 should fit your Datsun with no issues. I also recommend the boost sensitive Aeromotive FPR (very inexpensive from Summit or Jegs) to control your fuel pressure, quite a few of us are running this FPR with great results. Hope that helps and answers your questions. Regards - Yasin
  6. Should have it up and running by tonight!!! Enjoy - Yasin

  11. I remember reading that article a few years ago and was impressed with how thorough it was. But your link only gives the first page (appetite whetter so to speak) and unfortunately you have to pay to read the rest of article. Autospeed is a great web site and I considered paying to join, but never got around to it... Yasin
  12. Wow....so Paul is selling his car!! I used to go to the street races back in the day (over 7-8years ago) and Paul used to drive that car from his shop to the street races and he would literally EAT anything. We're talking blown, high compression, big block, small bock, Ford Chevy and Mopar, that was before the car was in this state of tune. Great to see the car again, but sad to see it go.....the car commanded incredible respect when it used to roll-up at midnight. Looks like the Turbo Buicks crowd is not giving the car much love..... I know lately Paul has been getting into Turbo Civics at this shop. Yasin
  13. Wow...some awesome numbers, shows the VG has incredible power potiential....love your new turbo!! Is you engine internally stock? I can't believe the damage to your other turbo...did you get Turbonetics to cover any of the cost through a warranty??? Sweet Z31! Hope the hear some new great numbers at the dyno. Good luck. Yasin
  14. Wow..what a great set-up, very well put together...congrats. Yasin
  15. Ayyyyy Caramba....that is freaking impressive...WOW!!! Intercooler envy for sure....makes my NPR look like a dang oil cooler! Yasin
  16. When I lived in Toronto I used to swear by the Krown oil coating just before winter....helps bolts from seizing too and keeps brake and gas lines from becoming fluffy! I miss Toronto, but I DO NOT miss the crappy 5months of salty damp snow filled winters though. Yasin
