My friend put a 100 dollar chip on his 98 Dodge Cummins 24v and got like 150 ftlb. And a couple other easy things with the intake/exhaust/turbo, hes probalby making over 200 ftlb over stock (with chip). Thats pretty awesome.

Nevermind I had to make an account and send them a "ticket" of message asking about the color. Ill tell everyone once they reply. Just got a call today and all my parts should be ready by Sun. or Mon. theyll only be up to one coat of primer. Later Ill have to have it blocked and reprimed when I have the money. Its exciting to make progress. I wont be as happy when I get the bill.

Anyone know how to contact terra2 the site with the fairlady 2+2? Id like to try and find out the color code or name. Doesnt list a number or email on the website.

Yeah thats an SR. On the RB, what kind of VVT does it use? I know some are like a sliding cam, how does the RB's work.

Looks great! So its turbo and supercharged? Is it ran like new VW where at low RPM's the supercharger feeds the engine then the turbo kicks in at higher RPM's? OR do both feed it simotaneosly?

I think they were still really nice cars. I have some old pictures of back when my car was brand new and it looked really good. Those were the rust free years...

At first I saw the Vildini Banner and thought it had to be a SR but then I saw the valve cover and it kind of looked like a RB.

Ive got both FG bumpers and Im wondering if just a smoothed out back end would look just as good. I guess Ill have to wait and see. On a side note I took the doors, fenders, hood, headlight buckets, cowl, and the inspection lids to a body shop to get the body work done on them. Theyll take it to primer so Ill have a big bill coming up soon. Any donations?? lol Is the 2+2 you found on ebay the same color as that blue fairlady 2+2?

yes Instead of a shattered bumper youd have a bent up mangled chunk of metal.

Ive also shuttered when I saw a 2+2 and I was sad mine would look like that but then I see another one like the blue fairlady and its beautiful! I also think getting the 2+2 lower to the ground really helps also. One thing Ive noticed is that most of the Australians have 2+2's. Were there more down under?

I tried searching for "6 into 2 Header" but it would only search for "headers" and I didnt want to search half the forum. From what I know the 6 into 2 will create a unique sound. But what does it do for "performance" is it better to like a dual exhaust v8 have a x or h pipe? Or are you supposed to just let both pipe go seperate? I wont be adressing my exhaust till my car is painted and finished but I thought Id do some research for when I come to that hurdle. Thanks

Yeah you can either get the fg one from MSA or do what Zya said. One benefit of the metal bumper is you could powdercoat it which would be more durable then paint. Ive got the fg ones and Im not sure if its only mine but Im gonna need to do a bit of bondo and sanding on the bumper to get it all smooth. ....I like it.... But I agree that only certain colors look good. I like the flares too but it looks like their just cosmetic. I trying to decide between a blue like the second 2+2 I posted and some kind of silver.

On the weight issue, Mitsubishi sells a Lancer with one of the higher horsepower 4cyl and its completely stripped down of any options so its pretty light. So you think the new Z4 or Cayman are watered down?

Ive just stuck to the potatos. But Im sure you can shoot anything thatll fit snug in the barrel. I wish they made PVC that had a 1.5 inch inside dimension rather then outside so you could shoot golfballs. I get my taser in the next few days!!

IM guessing the reason you open the sides of the hood is so you dont have the high pressure of in front of the windshield like with a cowl. The air would be moving faster along the edges of the hood then at the back of the hood creating lower pressure. I give the same disclaimer.
